I submitted the complaint materials on March 13, but I still haven't received any response as of today, April 8. I called the Amazon specialist 4 times to understand the situation, but each specialist only said that they had urged and could not make the next step. However, this has seriously affected the sales of my products. I want to know if anyone has encountered this situation. I need help and ask for help to restore my product to normal as soon as possible.
