I‘’m very certain that the images not be computer generated and must be of the physical product I intend to sell on Amazon
My photos are not altered in anyway, taken from my phone camera and from multiple angles in my warehouse. There's no possible way they could mistake them as digitally created or altered. My brand logo is permanently print etched into the product and there are various angles to show this. But it was also rejected, So disappointed.
I really need your help, my case ID is 17519634311

Hello @Seller_gL51QIo52V6r2,
My name is Dougal and I can provide a bit more guidance on your rejected Brand Registry enrollment application. Thank you for the case ID and please note that the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide has been recently updated to include a 2 page section on Product information - product images being submitted.
Please note that I am not on any team that makes the decision of your Brand Registry enrollment application, but I am familiar with the policy and have seen a lot of applications in the last few years. Based on what you stated here:
I am unable to definitively see that the brand name is permanently etched on any of the images you submitted in the 5 applications you have submitted. If the brand name is permanently etched in the product, I advise taking a picture and an angle that will show that slight indentation of the etching.
I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
