We've been listening to feedback from our sellers, and we understand for some, the image guidelines for Brand Registry applications can be challenging to navigate.

We listened and actioned!

We updated the Brand Registry Application Guide, a step-by-step guideline that details the enrollment process through self-service registration, to include a new section on product image guidelines. (Located on page 6 through 7)

We are also going to host a Ask Amazon event on image guideline so sellers have the opportunity to connect directly with our Brand team experts if there are questions. More information to come on this event soon!

We requested to withdraw a Complaint ID due to an error.

What happened?

1. We filed a patent evaluation case that is still ongoing

2. We attempted to submit a second patent complaint prior to its completion

3. The system rejected our new complaint because there is an active case pending

4. As a result, multiple listings were "rejected" which counts against our metrics.

We would not have knowingly submitted a second patent complaint with this understanding of the process.

How do we retract the complaint for the purpose of metrics. I have tried many things, and no one seems to be able to understand or help me. When we try to do this in brand registry, it says we cannot because it was rejected.

As a rights owner, I inadvertently submitted a second APEX complaint before the first one was processed, and I believe Amazon's policies do allow for the withdrawal of such complaints. Am I wrong? Can you help?

Identity Verification Violation

Hi to Amazon Support Team,

I am writing about the recent suspension of my Amazon account.

I received an identity verification request on April 1st, and the Dispute section on the same day only asked for identification of my ID card and face photo, which I completed, and then the system did not send me any information-documents or defense letter. According to Amazon’s guidelines, identity verification is usually completed within 72 hours, but as of April 4th, my account is suspended and the status is still “verification in progress.”

I respectfully request that my case be reviewed immediately as this delay is affecting my ability to work. All documents were submitted correctly and on time. Can you please explain why my account was disabled while my appeal is still pending? Is there anything I am missing?

Is there anything missing? I would be happy if you could help.

Fraudulent FBA storage fees

Amazon replied

Charged over $10,000 for fees fraudulently. Over 3 months and 30 plus representatives later, we are still yet to have a resolution, with thousands of dollars in inventory still being sold without our consent. This is unreal.

The short story is: FBA updated our weights and sizing of items without knowledge, then charged the fees and removal of items. We went from $5 a month to $10,000 a month in storage fees for item as small as rolls of thread.

Resistance to Advertising

Dear Amazon,

I spend advertising dollars when I know a platform is going to perform. In the last 2 years, Amazon has proven it is not worried my advertising dollars performing. Amazon has shown that it is interested in convincing me to spend more of my margin on ads.

As you cycle through my product offering, supporting waves of bunches of the same item being purchased with your tactics of targeted promotion, you hope you are showing me what could be possible if I give up more of my slim to none margin to you for my small and light items. Then you tell me to improve my sales by miniscule amounts per item based on your AI predictions, but fail to disclose the cost of those increased sales, even though you absolutely know what the cost is, since that is your "take"

What you show me is that you have no clue about my business and no self-awareness whatsoever.

It will never happen that I will bet my business on your half informed, manipulative tactics.

But by all means, continue to change the UI of Seller Central so I have to look at your useless ads and articles about it.

I set it to match only sellers withing 5% positive feedback of mine, currently 100%. For some reason, Amazon's pricing tool is matching the low price of sellers with positive feedback as low as 60%. Fix it, Amazon! That's not too much to ask!

Order number = 112-3990417-8686608

The shipping label was purchased from Amazon. The package's first scan met the ship-by date.

The tracking number shows that the buyer refused the package upon delivery. Then, the shipment showed "Processing" and never came back to us. Two months later, the buyer filed an A-Z claim for "not received." The tracking still shows "the shipment is being processed."

Amazon has sided with the buyer and debited the amount from our account.

We believe this claim should be protected, and we should be reimbursed for this refund. @mods, please help review. Thank you.

For the third time in the last six months and second time in a month, we have two ASINs that have had their brand name changed. Now, Amazon makes all our FBA inventory stranded and deactivates the listing, further penalizing us for either some widespread glitch. Dealing with support was super smooth the second time it happened, but I'm running into the same roadblocks again with getting stock answers that are not even recognizing the issue I'm bringing about. I have clear screenshots of the listing with a full URL, time and date stamp, plus I provide the ticket number of the previous case where this issue was raised and resolved, hoping all that would make this a simple process. Logic does not prevail, and we're losing sales and collecting storage fees for a glitch or something going on where Amazon's brand policies are repeatedly violated.

Pay to Discount a Product?

I have an excess of inventory. I wanted to discount it 20%.

While setting this up, Amazon asked for a budget. I'm thinking "budget for what?" According to the support rep, you have to pay to put an item on discount. Is this correct?
