Has anyone figured out how to get you listing video to autoplay with hovering over it in a search result? I see this feature available for several sellers. I am not referring to sponsored video ads. I am brand registered and it works for a few of my listings but not all of them and I have no idea why. I have followed all the video guidelines and opened up 2 different cases with seller support and brand registry regarding this with no help. If anyone has had any luck, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I am trying to reactivate my seller account by submitting my monthly electricity bill. I am from a country whose language is not supported by Amazon systems. Therefore, I submitted an officially translated and notarized document in English, prepared by a well-known site.

However, Amazon keeps rejecting the document for the following reason:

"We could not verify the documents that you provided because the translation that you provided is not a notarized translation. We accept only translations accompanied by a notarized signature that verifies the identity of the translator. "

The document includes a proper notarized signature and stamp.

Recently, Amazon notified me that one of my products does not comply with their policies and, as a result, the item was blocked. They also initiated a refund process for all the products sold, totaling over $23,000 USD. The most concerning part is that they didn’t give me time to appeal the decision or resolve the issue before the charge was made. Although I have already submitted the requested documentation, Amazon’s review process takes 5 to 7 days, while the charges will be processed in just 2 days. This situation is leaving me in a very difficult position, as I have no way to prevent the charges or receive a timely response to resolve the issue. I am seeking support to have this unfair situation addressed and to be given the opportunity to appeal properly.

Unable to verify ID

I am suck in a loop of trying to re-activate my account. It tells me I need to verify my ID but it is not giving me the option to do so anywhere. I have looked at other forum posts and it seems that someone from support usually comes in an fixes this for them. I've tried various things like logging in in incognito mode but nothing.

Is there someone who can assist me?

insurance policy not reviewed for four months

Again and again, Amazon does not take sellers seriously. There is no guarantee for any processing, only endless waiting, waiting without end. Four months ago, I uploaded the insurance policy, but it has not been reviewed yet. Why does a simple insurance review take so long? Amazon never takes sellers seriously.

I have opened two cases and contact Amazon multiple times, they just tell me to wait. case id: 16699224241, 16025116851, 16651933511. This is funny and ridiculous.

Invalid charge method message

Hello!

This morning I got a message about the Invalid charge method, which has deactivated my Seller account. I have been using my company's debit card for the charge method since I open my account 10+ years, and there have been no problems so far. And even if I try to change the debit card to my Amazon Prime Credit Card still showing the same message -" Unable to charge - We are not able to charge your account. Assign a valid charge method to restore full access to your seller account."

I can't fulfill the orders in my account because I don't have access to my account. I opened a case and they told me I need to wait 48 hours to validate your charge method after updating.

Does anyone have any idea what to do?

Hello, Amazon Team I was inform earlier today that my amazon seller account got deactivate due to inactivity, for this reason it because due to the fact that I was waiting on order to be package and arrive, By the end of January of 2025 I should be able to get them send into amazon to be able to sell, however it got deactivate first and I just got brand registry approve about few days ago, Please help.
