How can we actually get some proper support members to help out when requesting help. All I keep getting is unhelpful responses or copy pastes.
FBA Order for $388.30.
Amazon accepted return and refunded the whole $388.30 and actually over refunded to where I paid 1 penny extra.

Only 1 of the 3 units was returned and it was marked as damaged and reimbursed for a total of $0.00.
The other 2 units are marked as non reimburse-able and seller support said will not be reimbursed. So now the buyer received 3 $120 items for free and I am completely out of the $380 with no help from seller support.
Can one of the Amazon Reps on here please help with this as seller support is getting no where.

This is what I am told why I received $0.00 reimbursement:

Sales Value 0.00 USD
Unit Fee 23.76 USD
Unit Amount (Sales Value - Unit Fee) -23.76 USD
Please note that your reimbursement is in negative value. "
Supposedly the unit value was $119.95 but Amazon is stating that it sold to the buyer for $0.00 so after fba fees of $23.76 my reimbursement would have been -23.76 instead of $96.19 like it was supposed to be.
Like how can you look at a Sales Value of $0.00 and think that is correct and just send it as a support rep.
