I have a Canadian shipment FBA182SHJS1N, a total of 120 pieces of goods, in July has been signed into the Amazon warehouse, but has been receiving 30 pieces less, until the shipment discrepancy investigation has been completed and still 30 pieces less. Opened a lot of CASE, submitted invoices, proof of receipt, delivery notes, etc., but Amazon response is very official, has been said to wait, I'm not sure how long the investigation in the end, has been the past half a month, Case ID:15939653941

Who is responsible for this, please? Who should I seek compensation for a shipment of tens of thousands of dollars?

My brand authority from brand registry has been removed a few days ago. This personal removed my brand, and some other brands I have given authorizations to. I was able to find out token id for the seller who is responsible (india).

Has anyone experienced this? I've been asking for help through seller support, brand registry and etc but no clear result yet.

Have 2 pallets for AWD via direct transport. They were supposed to pickup Monday but when I call at 430 PM they says that a driver hasn't been assigned. How many days would you wait before letting Amazon know that the metrics for one of their "select" partner carriers is falling?
