We sent a single item to Amazon FBA and Amazon said that they didn't receive it even though the tracking shows that the item was received. Eventually Amazon acknowledged and said that they would issue a reimbursement. When we checked the reimbursement it was at zero dollars. After requesting that Amazon re-evaluate the reimbursement they came back stating that they could not make any adjustments to the dollar amount. How can it be zero. Anyone willing to share with me the proper words that I need to use with Amazon to get reimbursed? Can a mod look at this for me?

An order was placed on 7/21/24.

The customer started a return, and was refunded on 7/25/24.

The product was never returned.

The FBA Returns page of Seller Central says that we were reimbursed for this product, but I cannot find the reimbursement. If I click on "View report" it shows that there have been zero reimbursements for this order. It looks like we still need to be reimbursed for this.

I reached out to Seller Support and they keep sending me the same BS copy/pasted response about not being able to request a reimbursement after 60 days.

I don't see how the 60 day thing applies when Seller Central already shows that we should be reimbursed. I am not requesting a new reimbursement. I am simply trying to get the reimbursement we were already entitled to.

I'm trying to create cases for missing returns by following the steps listed on this page:

Essentially, I'm finding Order IDs with refunds that do not appear in FBA Customer Return report and Reimbursement report.

But when I enter the resulting Order IDs into the widget on the page above, I keep getting "Not reimbursable." Then when I create a case anyway, Amazon reimburses me for few Order IDs that were "not reimbursable."

Why does this happen? How likely are these reimbursements to be reversed?
