With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we are wondering, if you could invite anyone, living or historical, to your Thanksgiving dinner, who would it be and why?

I will start. I would love to see my grandpa on my moms side of the family. I have always heard what an amazing man he was. I would have loved to get to meet him and know him myself.

I had an order,112-3045516-8246610, a couple hours later, I received an emai from Amazon saying customer had requested a cancellation of their order, I honored the customers request and they left me a negative feedback, I've opened numerous cases on this only to be told that it cannot be removed,, Seller Support refuses to help telling me only Feedback Manager have it removed, I've been going around in circles since October 24th. Policy says "buyers" can leave feedback, but if the customer cancelled the order before any transactions or shipping happened, then the customer was not a buyer. Can you help me out on this? thank you very much.

8040 Error problem

Hello Amazon,

We're having an 8040 error when creating a variation.

On November 22nd, more than 3 product parents in our store were mistakenly deleted by the system, and we encountered an 8040 error when we wanted to recreate the parent for these 3 products, prompting that I can't create an ASIN for this brand, but our store has a record for the brand, and we have been dealing with this for a week, and we want to know why the original parent was deleted and how to solve the 8040 problem.

Invalid charge method

Hello! This morning I got a message about the Invalid charge method, which has deactivated my Seller account. I have been using my company card for the charge method since the beginning, and there have been no problems so far. And even if I try to change the debit card, I cannot because every time it says - "There was a problem. Please ensure your card details are correct." I wanted to open a new case, but every time there is an error during the process - the text input box starts to spin. In all my years of selling, I have never had any problems and I don't understand what is going on. Does anyone have any idea what to do?

2 months for inventory to arrive?

Hello everyone I am trying to become a new seller on Amazon.

For trial purposes I sent 20 units to the FBA center. Shipment was created October 5th.

I added the tracking information on October 9th.

I'm writing this on November 26th and under "Shipment Summary" the order still appears as "created" but not yet "in transit". According to the tracking it was delivered on October 29th.

Does it normally take Amazon this long to make the inventory available? Is there a step I'm missing? Thanks!

AWD Shipment still in transit!

I'm dealing with a delay on an inbound AWD shipment. Although the shipment is still in Transit from November 21st. This has caused my product to go out of stock, impacting sales.

I've opened a support case but haven’t received any updates. Here’s the shipment ID and case details:

JS Sports US named firm bought my 8 quantities products(Assin: B0BY8QXC3Z ). I had B0BY8QXC3Z 's buy box and this firm wanted to buy the buy box thats why it bought all of my products and than my products situation was reserved but 2 weeks later rejected. I was add this product which was rejected the my Amazon seller list one more time. I take buy box situation one more time. JS Sports US bought one more time and my products were reserved. Absolutely this firm will reject one more time. Can you help me?

Why do I live this problem? This problem stole of my time.

This product relates to the issue of the ban policy of laser class. However, in accordance with Amazon's policy, we have submitted the complaint materials, but so far we have not received a response. We are very anxious.

We believe that this product meets Amazon's policy requirements for laser products. The supplier of our products, Limited company, has done the relevant tests after the products are delivered. We have the manufacturer's test files. The manufacturer name on our detail page is Enhon. This is our brand Enhon. We usually fill in our brand name on the manufacturer attribute. As our details page has been removed. We cannot update the manufacturer properties.

We provided a statement letter from the manufacturer. Our manufacturer is Shenzhen Ledford Technology Co., LTD. They provide us with testing documents. Our product is the same as the model listed in the test file. Our products comply with Amazon's policies.

We have inventory in Amazon warehouse, for the last two months we received orders yet Amazon didn't ship the item to our customers. The customer representive said it's the payment problem, our customers all said they can use the same payment card to buy other items and they all delivered on time. Now we can't deal any orders because FBA won't ship it, and customers have to cancel the order. Can you good guys tell us have you met this similar issue? Thanks very much.
