Hello! This morning I got a message about the Invalid charge method, which has deactivated my Seller account. I have been using my company card for the charge method since the beginning, and there have been no problems so far. And even if I try to change the debit card, I cannot because every time it says - "There was a problem. Please ensure your card details are correct." I wanted to open a new case, but every time there is an error during the process - the text input box starts to spin. In all my years of selling, I have never had any problems and I don't understand what is going on. Does anyone have any idea what to do?

Check the payment method on your buyer side of the account. I had to update mine and then everything worked perfectly on the seller side!
