Why Amazon didn't ship our items though we have enough inventory

We have inventory in Amazon warehouse, for the last two months we received orders yet Amazon didn't ship the item to our customers. The customer representive said it's the payment problem, our customers all said they can use the same payment card to buy other items and they all delivered on time. Now we can't deal any orders because FBA won't ship it, and customers have to cancel the order. Can you good guys tell us have you met this similar issue? Thanks very much.

A few sellers here have mentioned similar situations. However, most cases were due to the customer not having a valid proof of payment during the payment validation cycle.

If you are still experiencing issues on this please let me know. Also curious if this is for a specific ASIN?
