How can I change the targeting settings of my campaigns to IP address only to avoid more Regulatory Advertising Fees?

Although I don't sell in Turkey and I don't want to show ads in Turkey, I pay a lot of regulatory advertising fees every semester. I read that this can be done with ip targeting, but I couldn't find where and how to do it. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi @Seller_PxuXJwsc5T7V3,

The "standard" campaign manager doesn’t offer geo-targeting features. If you’re seeing Turkish search queries in your search query report, you could exclude those from your campaigns. However, this would apply to the query regardless of the customer’s actual location, so it may not fully address the issue.

If that’s not sufficient, you might want to explore Amazon DSP, which does offer geo-targeting. Keep in mind, though, that DSP is a separate platform typically used by larger advertisers with higher budgets.

Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) could also provide detailed insights about your audience’s location and behavior, but it doesn’t directly enable geo-targeting—it’s more for advanced analytics.

Hope this helps. Michael
