I bought "PQQ 40 milligrams" https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C5JX3G3G but ended up with what looks like a fake product. Real PQQ is an orange-red powder, and I've tried different brands before that always had a red hue in their capsules. These ones are white, which makes it impossible for them to have even a trace of PQQ.
I ordered the Horbäach PQQ next, it looks like regular PQQ capsules (MONOHERB on the left, Horbäach on the right,) https://www.amazon.com/Supplement-Capsules-Strength-Pyrroloquinoline-Horbaach/dp/B08LF447HK

I've tried to leave feedback with pictures about five times now. Each time my review gets posted, it disappears within 24 hours. Amazon sends me a message saying:
"Thank you for submitting a review of MONOHERB PQQ 40 milligrams - PQQ Supplement, Pyrroloquinoline Quinone, 120 Capsules. We're sorry you didn't have a positive experience. We looked into your concerns about product authenticity, and the info we have shows that the product you received was authentic. So, we removed your review to keep customer reviews as accurate as possible for future shoppers."
I even tried changing my messages to leave out anything about authenticity. My last one was just a description of what I received with a picture, and it still got removed for the same reason.

This is so frustrating. Why does Amazon let this kind of fraud happen, and why won’t they allow customers to warn others about it? Plus, how do they "investigate authenticity"? I really can't believe they can do that. The product picture just disappeared after I complained. I guess they're too busy adding food coloring to deal with complaints like mine?
