charge on individual account without sales

I downgraded my professional account to individual account and sell as FBM. I didn't make sales during last month. Amazon charged me $26.71 through the credit card in my account. The trasaction type is " Paid to Amazon | Seller repayment". Can somebody explain this charge to me? Am I supposed to be charged this fee every payment cycle? I thought I won't need to pay a fee as a individual account if I didn't make any sales. Thank you for help!

Hi @Seller_MwtoZZ72y4Sfj

Connor from Amazon here, I've looked at your account and the $26.71 charge is related to amount carried forward due to Amazon fees.

You can review those by going to the Payments -->All Statements tab in your account and then click on the View Transactions hyperlink on the first charge that will give you breakdown of the fees.

While the individual plan doesn't have a monthly charge, there are still fees associated with it. You can learn more about it here.

Best,

Connor
