Hello,
We had 18 items removed as per a removal order (let's call it Removal Order A), on Feb 26, 2024 under tracking number A, and we had another 28 items removed as per another removal order (Removal Order B), on Mar 01, 2024 under a different tracking number B. Tracking number B was finally delivered in June, but Tracking number A was never delivered. Status showed in transit for the longest time.
In end of June, Seller Support informed us it was delivered and when we requested PoD we were not provided it. We followed up with specified carrier, and carrier provided 1 page of the POD for Tracking number B and informed us it was for Tracking number A. We asked them about it, and they told us that they had to reassign a new tracking to Shipment A, and that new tracking number was Tracking number B. We tried explaining that both tracking numbers were associated with different removal shipments posted as shipped in removal order details reports on amazon. But they did not understand.
So we came back to Amazon and tried explaining all this. And we are repeatedly hearing Tracking A is associated with Tracking B and Tracking B is delivered. I have provided proof of all the abf emails, the pod, photos of the received 1 pallet shipment, and the fnsku and lpn on every one of the 28 products received to prove that what we received in tracking number B was only items associated with removal order b and nothing from Tracking number A was in the shipment. No one from seller support is understanding. This is a $5000 shipment. How is this our fault that the carrier lost the shipment or the fulfillment centre made a mistake some where as both removals are from same FC. Can someone help?
