Hello everyone

I need help with a serious issue. I have private label products in my catalog; we own the brand, and everything complies with Amazon's policies. However, for some reason, Amazon is not granting the Featured Offer (Buy Box) on our listings, even though our prices are so low that we’re not even covering product costs with FBA. If there’s anyone who from Amazon specialist, please help, as support has not been able to understand or resolve the issue.
