I have a listing that was removed ASIN B005MJDQZU "G&S Hypo Watch Crystal Cement" we submitted invoices and LOA and they keep asking for more information They asked me to send invoices showing the exact name on the listing as the invoice so we had the mfg reissue us invoices then they wanted invoices showing we purchase the volume we sell from the MFG we did that every time they come back they don't have enough information. Now they said there is VOC complaint that I need to address I looked at it looks like received the wrong item. I responded back that we had a new employee he made a mistake but that employee does not work here anymore and all new employees are supervised for a month and that all new orders are verified and double checked by the supervisor before packaged and shipped. They came back again that they don't have enough information. I don't know what they want every time it a different thing and it been going on for over 2 months now. I need a MOD to assist please I sell thousands of this item and because of one error it has turned into a nightmare

I see Amazon requested that you address the VOC complaint and that you basically did so by placing blame on an employee. Not what Amazon wants to see. It's your account, your business and you're responsible for what any employees do.
I think you need to address this again and better. Why did the buyer receive the wrong item? What caused the error?
What did you do to correct it and how will you prevent it from happening again? Did you make it right for your buyer? How did you make it right and if you didn't, why not?
