Anyone else feel like this lately? It's not as if things were always smooth sailing on Amazon but the last couple months or so I feel like all I've been doing is fighting with Amazon to correct things and it's just becoming harder and harder to fix anything. I've had some moderators here help with things, I don't even know what would happen without out their help but even as hard as they try sometimes even they are powerless.
This business is general merchandise, right now I have the following on going issues:
-SJ Johnson who owns "ziploc" has decided that they also own the word "ziplock"....great. Fine, just need to change the keyword all set right? Nope, seller support has given us the run around we have done everything they asked and still go nowhere, it even got to the point where they said it was fixed but it hasn't been!
-We sell baggies as mentioned above, they are called "Apple Brand Bags". Welp of course Amazon has decided that we're misusing the trademark "Apple", not Apple deciding this it's coming from Amazon. Fine again, remove the word from the titles so they can be reinstated. Same thing, seller support is fighting us tooth and nail can't get anywhere with it.
-Beyond that some of the listings which weren't removed have just been gated into Apple the electronics manufacturer and of course we're not authorized to sell that so the listings were inactive. Luckily a mod here is helping with that and we really appreciate it, it appears there a couple that can't get ungated and we yesterday let them know. Also told them about the two above issues waiting for them to answer. Again thankful for the mods!
-Also today did a test and discovered that our expedited and two day shipping options are not being displayed to customers, contacted seller support today we'll see about that.
Business two is a brand of hair care products, this one has a very small product line and it was all smooth sailing until today:
-Created a new condition to send some product FBA to utilize the Vine program.....no problem worked great for 5 products. For some reason the 6th it didn't create a new listing it overridden the existing listing and for some reason deleting all the content along with it! It's our brand product I could certainly fill in the details but I used Amazon AI to fill in the details for all 6 products, editing some things of course, now all that is gone and this listing is going to look different from all the other ones. There doesn't seem to any option to utilize the AI again unless you're creating a new product not already in the catalog, would love if I was wrong about that but not seeing it. Contacted seller support today, I doubt anyone can help with this one.

Business three is the worst one and the one where everything is just a mess for no reason, this business sells posters and photo prints:
-We have a MASSIVE ongoing issue where Amazon is changing our product category based on the description of the poster, every single item on this account goes in the same category but of course Amazon bots just keep rearranging them. For example if it's a map amazon is moving it into the books category which removes all the variations and just makes the listing a broken mess. It does this for other topics as well but this one is the worst, at least the others retain the variations. I've tried for so long to get this fixed, there are hundreds and seller support wants us to report them one by one and fight tooth and nail to fix each individual one. Half the time they say they are fixed but haven't been fixed.
-Just as bad as that problem is that Amazon randomly decides that our images are invalid because they contain text or don't have a white background. Yes they do contain text and have colored backgrounds but that is the image which is for sale, it's a poster! This one happens a lot and I've been able to just send a list of ASIN's to the catalog team and they normally fix them but for some reason now they just don't want to do it. I just keep being told to remove the text, we can't remove the text it's part of the image which is for sale as a print!
-Also just picked up 8 violations on that account, one for each variation. We were selling a poster of a WWII era plane in a museum and there was a swastika in the background.....completely missed it in the image otherwise wouldn't have been dumb enough to put it for sale honestly can't believe something that stupid happened I'm usually good about that stuff. Explained all of this it was a museum we're sure as heck not promoting nazism, removed the listing and even any other listings for the same plane even if they didn't have swastikas but nope the violations are going to remain. The current imapct for them is "pending" which is really scart.
-Also have the same issue with the shipping here, discovered today reached out to support. Don't know what the deal is with all 3 accounts having issues with the shipping, I checked every setting thinking it was on our end but it's not and they are not streamlined.
Just feels like lately all I do is fight Amazon problems, this is on top of all the usual stuff. I come in knock my orders out and instead of having any time to expand my business all I'm doing is trying to fight seller support to fix problems. Is it just me? Again don't get me wrong it's not as if things were always easy on Amazon but it just feels like something has changed.....
