An unexpected FNSKU - again

The shipments I sent to the FBA has been signed for. These can be found from the inventory ledger. But after a week, all the inventory disappeared. Amazon refused compensation for "an unexpected FNSKU". And no evidence was provided. This is very unreasonable behavior. Please help me if Amazon refuses to compensate. I will handle this through a lawyer.
