Why is my account still deactivated ?

why is my account deactivated still ??? Even when I have done everything required Amazons policy states that I won’t be charged for anything until I make a first sale.! Which I have not yet done I was asked to pay 40$ in which I did to set up my pro account. I left for some time now and came back 10 days later to meet my account deactivated again for only God knows how many times now ! And I have not even started selling !!!! I don’t have another credit card to put in at the moment plsss I need help

I am new and have yet to apply for approval on a product that requires a transparency code because I'm uneducated on the matter so my question is, Is it possible for me as a drop shipper/fba seller to provide a transparency code for a product I have no contact with as the supplier is shipping directly to the fulfillment center or since im selling this way I can sell products requiring a transparency code because I have no contact to include the code in the product or is there a way to send it to each customer or something of that nature what can and can't I do as im very curious to learn more about this if anyone has any information please share it with me!!

Amazon replied

Just as in many businesses, customer give tip to the business owner or workers for good services. Can't this also be done on Amazon? The customer can give an extra tip to the seller for that they very satisfied with. A button should be placed on the Amazon platform. Customer should be able to give tip as well as feedback. Is this such a crazy idea? What do you think about this "Tip for good sellers." idea?

You can now use Amazon Buy Shipping to ship dangerous goods in the US with Amazon Shipping Ground and USPS Ground Advantage.

If you have a preferred ship method besides these options, work directly with the carrier to ensure your shipment meets the dangerous goods requirements. As the shipper, it is your responsibility to ensure any order that contains dangerous goods complies with the carrier’s applicable packaging and labeling guidelines. Work directly with your carrier of choice as these guidelines vary by carrier.

How does it work?

When you select the “This shipment contains dangerous goods” checkbox, we will refresh ship method eligibility to show a list of supported carriers. If the service does not meet the customer delivery promise or is not available for your "ship from" and "ship to" locations, no ship methods will be available.

Since October 28st, our best selling ASIN lost all organic rank for all keywords in the Amazon search results. Our item has never been out of stock, no updates have been made, price has remained unchanged. The only traffic we are able to get is via Sponsored products.

How to stop returns via UPS

Hello,

Previously all my returns have been sent via USPS, the same method used to ship them. My last 2 returns, including one in transit, have been returned via UPS.

I sell clothing, so an inherent high return rate.

The completed UPS return cost me an additional $25 in additional "adjustment" shipping fees (and was an item-swap fraud on top of everything) and I don't know what the additional charge will be for the incoming return, if it manages to get to me.

I use a PO Box for my business address (non-negotiable), which obviously doesn't take UPS returns.

How do I manage to keep returns via USPS, or is this the end of my Amazon career? Return rates already reduce profit to almost non-existent, I can't add in an extra $25+ fee even if it is only some returns.

My account has been suspended without cause with no resolution!

The ASIN in question we provided with all the information required several times, which included a letter from the brand, vendor invoice, payment transaction, bank information, business documents, and ID.

We have been in business for over 8 years, and I operate my business with the highest level of integrity as the documents appear to not be being reviewed.

Can someone take a look at my case?

I appreciate any assistance as it has been several months since my account has been in this status!
