I have been working for a few days with Amazon help to try and get a shipment box label printed. All i get is the same response about making sure it is eligible to ship in. Understand that this is package three of five. All I need is for Amazon to email me the label. All they can do is to keep telling me there's nothing they can do. They say to cancel it. I can't do that. They say just reship it. That will result in extra charges. Why am I being punished because their system is puking.
Shipping label to FBA? Shipping label to the customer? Amazon buy shipping or YOU pay at the post office? Whatever, Amazon can NOT "email" you a shipping label. You have to print it from your seller central.
Have you tried clicking on the link next to Created using: Send to Amazon (view)? This link will usually open the Send to Amazon workflow where you can then click View on "Step 3 Box labels printed" to reprint any of the FBA box labels.
