Hello, Amazon Sellers!

As we gear up for the holiday shopping season, let's take a moment to talk turkey—or maybe not turkey at all! I'm curious about your thoughts on Thanksgiving cuisine, and I want to stir the gravy boat a little.

Here's my burning question: What do you think is the most overrated Thanksgiving food item?

Is it the classic green bean casserole that always seems to have more mushroom soup than actual vegetables? Perhaps it's the cranberry sauce that comes out of the can with those distinctive ridges intact. Or maybe—dare I say it—you think the revered turkey itself doesn't live up to the hype?

For me, I'd have to go with stuffing. I've had just about every iteration of it I can find, and it all just tastes like soggy bread to me - I don't get it!

Hello,

I have a brand (Trademark 1) in the Brand Registry that owns multiple trademarks for various products. I have been trying to connect another associated trademark (Trademark 2) to the main brand, but I have been having mixed results.

For example: "Doritos" is a brand of corn chips. "Cool Ranch" is a trademark that is applied to specific products within that brand.

When I open cases, they are telling me that I need to register Trademark 2 as a new brand. I do not want to do this because Trademark 1 is the main brand and we have already done extensive work to build out the brand store, enhanced brand content, etc. and I do not want to disconnect it from the rest of the line which I fear will result in decreased sales and searchability.

What should I do if my account is suspended?

My account is a new account and has been deactivated due to inactivity. I need to reactivate it, but I submitted the relevant documents for review 5 days ago, but it has not been approved yet. I contacted their customer service and they replied that I can only wait. What should I do in this situation? I have been waiting for the fifth day, what should I do now?

FBA18G0WJF0Q...shipment delivered and checked in, but then not recieved. Closed with 0 out of 29 received. I sumitted the invoice for all 29 units, and now Amazon is not responding. I see this over and over here on the forums. So I am requesting help from any mod that can escalate this. I cannot afford to have Amazon lose whole shipments and not reimburse. It's not right, and not fair.

Amazon is not being reasonable

My Amazon account has been suspended due to suspicion of selling counterfeit merchandise. I have been a verified seller on Amazon for six years and have always ensured that my business operates with integrity. All of my merchandise is 100% authentic, and I have invoices to prove it.

I submitted an invoice to Amazon to verify my purchases, but they are now requesting additional invoices which I dont have. On top of that, I’m receiving returns that don’t belong to me, and I have no way to file a claim for them.

This entire process has been incredibly frustrating, especially with no direct line of communication to resolve these issues. What should I do next?

A buyer placed 5 orders for a same item and then canceled 5 orders.

And left the negative feedback to one of the canceled order, claim we charged him/her for returns.

Amazon refuse to remove it.

Any mod can help?

1) on October 21th I sold an item to a customer.

2) It was shipped, then received on Oct 24.

3) Fedex tracking showed delivered. They took a photo outside the customers home. Customer acknowledged it was their home.

4) The claimed they were currently out of the country and did not get it. A hours later they claimed the personally searched their home the moment it arrived. They then changed their story 3-4 more times. Clear RED Flags of lies.

5) I opened a case with the carrier. The carrier contacted them, but they refused to speak with the carrier or contact them back.

6) They opened a AtoZ claim. Lost

7) They attempted a chargeback. Lost.

8) Throughout all of this they began sending e-mails almost daily insisting it was my fault and demanding a refund. Most of the e-mail were 'from Amazon', but seemed VERY SUSPECT.

9) I reported all the messages, contacted Amazon, and was told that most all of the messages from Amazon, were really from the customer PRETENTING TO BE AMAZON. They have sent DOZENS and DOZENS of messages harassing me.

11) Can this person be blocked from contacting me? Why is Amazon allowing them to impersonate Amazon reps? This person is certainty attempting to use this tactic to steal from other sellers.

Amazon is ignoring our cases!

We opened a case and followed up with Amazon but unfortunately, Amazon is ignoring it because they couldn't solve the problem on the backend. They said only the internal team can solve it. But for 27 days They are dead silent. When I create a new case, they say we have to wait. Every minute we are losing sales. And they want us to wait more? For me, daily 4000$ sale is big and we are losing this. And we passed 27 days. You make the math of our loss due to amazon internal error?

Is there a way to escalate this case? We are in need of urgent assistance. But nobody cares from Amazon side.
