As you mentioned you received an email but it contained a suspicious URL. Although I cannot outright confirm this is from amazon due to my limited visibility, I can provide resourced to verify and report these concerns.
I would first recommend reviewing our seller central help page on how to protect against fake emails. This offers primarily general safety tips, but more importantly includes a link to an amazon.com public help page on identifying a scam. Here you will find an abundance of resources including a video and tips on identifying a phishing email or scam. You will also find a location to report any form of concerns to the appropriate departments.
