Hello everyone, my product was unfortunately targeted by a patent owner (the patent should have never been granted since the exact same product has been selling on amazon since march 2021) and my listing was removed.

I need to figure out if I have the option to use amazon's FBA Liquidation tool even if my product has been removed due to an IP Patent infringement complaint? Does that violation bar me from being able to use amazon's liquidation services? I would like to resolve this issue asap to avoid any more fees or account health risks. I would like to use FBA liquidation but I am unsure if my IP Patent complaint will prevent that option for me. Please help.

Can someone please help me with case id 17537191041?

Item was sent and delivered on time, using label that is claim protected. Still, claim is counting against our odr and was debited from our account.

We appealed, twice, seems like nobody is reading. We appreciate your help.

hola, quise listar un artículo fba que es un producto de limpieza, al momento de querer crear el envío me dice que no tengo autorización de enviar artículos algo sobre materiales peligrosos pero veo que hay 3 vendedores fba de este mismo producto, alguien sabe la razón o por qué ellos si pueden venderlo mediante fba??

We had a customer shipment damaged by UPS. He contacted us & supplied pictures. We then supplied him a return shipping label on a Friday night. He message us on Saturday letting us know he dropped it off at the UPS Store. We replied later that day "Thanks we will refund you as soon as we receive the return and verify the serial number. 5 days later, Friday he leaves us negative feedback stating "Everything was smooth until I returned the Item, then all communication stopped and I never received a refund." along with opening an A-Z claim. I replied that the refund would be issued as soon as the return was received and hoped he would reconsider his feedback. We received the return the following Monday and refunded him 2 hours later. Messaged him letting him know the refund had been submitted and hoped he would revise his feedback. He never responded to and of our replies after the negative feedback & unfortunately out sales are practically 0 now. Basically our Amazon business has been destroyed because a customer may have wanted daily updates about his return.

It was bad enough we had to send this guy screenshots showing how to attach a picture to an Amazon message.

Account health hinging on customer feedback is like having a toddler drive a car.

Yes I have contacted sales support and there isn't anything that can be done.

Apply to Sell Brand Denied

Hi,

My application for my brand registration is currently pending, but I went ahead and starting creating my product listing. However, it told me that I have to fill out an application to sell the product given that it is branded (my brand). I completed the application but it was denied because the UPC wasn't associated with the brand.

I bought the UPC earlier that day from GS1 so maybe it was still too new? I'm not sure what to do now because I tried to reapply but it was flagged as a duplicate and auto rejected.

Cannot Print

As of 2 days ago I cannot print packing slips and shipping labels from my amazon orders.

Same computer and same printer as always. The printer works fine printing out from other sites on 8.5 by 11 paper as I always use.

It does not make any difference whether or no the popup blocker is turned off or on using Chrome.

Any ideas and thanks.

I sell on Amazon as FBM. I am a brand owner and only sell my own products. There are no other authorized sellers of my products. All my products listed prior to 8/2017 are eligible for featured offer (formerly buybox). ALL my product listings after that date are not.

So for eight years, I periodically create a support ticket for them to look into this and I always get a very polite form response which basically says this...

We’re not able to discuss all the factors that determine Featured Offer Eligibility but here are some recommendations for you to increase the chances of winning the featured offer:

1. Prevent chargeback claims

2. You must need to lower your price. You can refer to the reference prices that we may share in Pricing Health on Seller Central.

3. Make sure that all your listing policy violations are being addressed in your Account Health Dashboard.

4. Ensure that you are meeting the standard rate for your Shipping Performance and Customer Service Performance.

I have excellent sales health record so these "suggestions" don't apply to me. I've tried lowering the price to $.01 and I've tried offering free shipping. (currently I don't offer prime because my products are low priced and the cost of the prime shipping would be higher than the product itself!!) These tricks never made a difference.

What is confusing to me is that it seems to be pivoted around a date. Why would older listings be eligible and newer ones not?

Over eight years, indeed I have attempted answers more than once for the same issue but that is because I only receive bot answers and no clear explanation. The last ticket resulted in a warning that I am going against Amazon partner policy by asking the same question and expecting a different outcome.

I already had given up but I couldn't resist trying one more time on this issue.

Wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue.

Hi everyone, I need some urgent help regarding my US seller account.

On April 1st, 2025, I received an email for identity verification under “Other Policy Violations”. I immediately submitted all required verification documents and a photo the same day through the appeal section.

The system showed me that the verification would be completed within 2–3 days, so I waited. But after about a week, instead of being approved, my account got deactivated.

Now, it’s showing a critical violation with an account health rating of 0, and the email says I have 19 days to resolve the issue by contacting Account Health.

Has anyone else faced this? What should I do now to get it reactivated? I didn’t receive any rejection or further request for documents after my first appeal. Please guide me.

Dear Amazon Seller Support,

I’ve seen that many other sellers are experiencing a similar issue, and it appears that Amazon may currently not be accepting applications to sell certain dietary supplement products.

In my case, I'm a new seller and my brand has been approved under the Grocery & Gourmet Food category. However, when creating the listing, I may have mistakenly selected a supplement-related category or included keywords in the title or bullet points that made the product appear like a supplement.

I received the attached message stating:

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Other Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

Could you please confirm if this restriction was triggered because of:

A miscategorized listing, or The product content (title/bullet points) suggesting it's a supplement?

If my intent is to sell it under the Gourmet Food category, would it be possible to update the listing and become eligible to apply for approval?

I’d appreciate any clarification or steps I can take.
