I've noticed a steep drop off in my sales numbers since October 1st - they have seemingly fell off a cliff and are currently down 45% from this time last month (with September historically being a slow month for us).

This morning I dove into everything, trying to figure out what changed and came across something pretty shocking.

My handling time is 1 day (with most orders going out same day) - my transit time is set to 1-3 days. My maximum delivery date estimate should be 4-5 days out for buyers across the country.

My listings are showing delivery estimates 2 weeks from order date on ALL my offerings.

This is unacceptable and causing my business to suffer, I am getting the sense this is done purposefully and maliciously as my shipping templates have not changed and I have received no correspondence from Amazon regarding this.

We need this addressed ASAP - Here are two separate ASIN's we sell, we are FBM - our shipping template has AHT and SSA enabled

Why are these two delivery estimates shown to customers on the catalog page so WILDLY different! It's hurting our sales greatly since October 1st - Most of our listings are showing incorrect delivery estimates!!! - Below is a difference of a week with free shipping.

We also offer free expedited for most of the country, which doesn't show up at checkout for our customers, we need an explanation as to why our shipping speeds are being GROSSLY overestimated and why our expedited shipping options are being SUPPRESSED!

This is destroying our sales.

I have both AHT (same-day handling) and SSA enabled, but I'm still seeing a "must ship by" date that's one day after purchase, along with overly extended delivery estimates via USPS. Over the past two weeks, in every case I've tracked, USPS has consistently delivered 2-3 days earlier than the earliest delivery estimate shown to customers. What could be causing this issue?
