Hey sellers, I received an email saying that I have violated amazons section 3, not only do I dont do drop shipping all my sins are owned by me and I have invoices from the manufacturer, can anyone please help me out

I sell a product with a time and temperature display on Amazon and it has how to change the time and temperature on the main image, description and video, but instead of noticing and trying to contact me, the customer calls Amazon customer service and then says it can't be changed and then puts a star under my link, which is just plain uncalled for, whereas my product has a time and temperature that can be changed!

Hello,

In October, my amazon sellers account was deactivated for violation due to "being associated" with an account named. However, I have no knowledge of any such association, and I have not received any concrete proof or evidence substantiating these claims from Amazon Seller Support.

I have tried submitting multiple appeals but have been informed each time that my evidence is deemed insufficient. Additionally, when I sought guidance from Amazon Account Health Support, I was redirected and advised that I had contacted the incorrect team, leading to further delays.

I am deeply committed to complying with Amazon’s policies and maintaining the integrity of my account. As such, I respectfully request specific guidance or actionable steps to clarify and resolve this issue.

Can anyone direct me to the appropriate department or process to facilitate the reactivation of my account. I appreciate your time and assistance in this matter.

I have noticed a drop in the frequency of seller feedback reviews. I used to get 4 to 5 reviews per month but now I am getting 1 review per month with more sales.

What is everyone doing to to get more seller feedback reviews?

My account deactivated yesterday and first appeal rejected with

We received your submission but do not have enough information to transfer funds to you and reactivate your seller-fulfilled offers at this time. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review but will stay in your account. To expedite the review of your selling account, please send the following information:

-- Evidence and an explanation that demonstrates how your account complies with our Drop Shipping policy and Seller Code of Conduct.

-- If you are facing logistics issues that are impacting proper fulfillment of your orders, provide reasons and supporting evidence associated with these for consideration during your review.

What happens if I do not send a sufficient explanation?

If we can confirm that you have not violated the Drop Shipping policy, the review period will end and we will reactivate your seller-fulfilled orders and automatically release funds for disbursement. If we do not find sufficient evidence confirming your fulfillment methods during this period, further action may be taken and your entire Amazon account may be permanently deactivated. You will receive an email following the review to let you know what action has been taken.

Anybody who can help me out to resolve this issue.

You currently may not sell on Amazon.com because you are offering items that may be inauthentic. A list of these items is at the end of this email.

Funds will not be transferred to you, but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-funds@

To sell on Amazon again, please send the following information to pq-seller-assessment

-- Copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days. The quantity of items shown should match your inventory.

-- If you are not the brand owner, provide an authorization letter and a complete set of documentation, including authorization letters, to prove a valid supply chain.

-- If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of the brand registration certificate, and business license or personal identity card.

-- Contact information for your supplier, including name, phone number, address, email, and website.

You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. We may call your supplier to verify the documents. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. We will maintain the confidentiality of your supplier contact information.

We will review your information and decide if you may sell on Amazon again. If you do not send the required information within 17 days, we may no longer allow you to sell on Amazon. Failure to provide us with the information above may result in us permanently withholding any payments to you.

Amazon Just Keeps Getter Crazier with Shipping

For starters, I have a huge problem with a lot of shipments that I sent to Amazon by USPS getting returned etc. because the centers refuse to setup delivery with USPS.

As if that problem with a company like Amazon, whose core business revolves around shipping, having fulfillment centers that do not accept USPS like everyone else does is not bad enough, and Amazon doing nothing to help or fix the problem isn't horrible beyond words, now it appears Amazon is trying to force me to send to those centers again.

I know the centers below are bad because of personal experience and these forums. Before, when a bad center came up, I was able to change the region and get a good center. Now, that doesn't work as it is always one of those below. Other tricks such as creating new shipments or putting in addresses in different countries for the ship from address are not working now either as it is always the three centers below that come up.

Does anyone have any solutions?? I have tried creating a big shipment to one of the bad centers which I of course will not send, but that hasn't worked yet either. The only thing I can think of is keep doing that and perhaps Amazon will eventually offer me different centers.

I submitted an appeal to the Brand Registry team, but it was rejected. When I reached out for clarification, I received different information each time, which only added to my confusion. I provided documents from the Company Office that show my company name and business name, but the appeal was denied because the registered business name and business identifier (such as the tax ID number or business ID number) could not be verified.

According to the tax information on Amazon Seller Central, 'sole proprietors are individuals and should use the information that appears on their tax return.' Following this guideline, I entered my information as an individual, but the appeal was still rejected. This situation raises concerns about whether the information was thoroughly reviewed or if the response was automated. Please help me resolve this issue.
