Want to close my account but have 17 units left...

I want to close my Amazon account. I have 17 units left of a product, and I'd prefer to sell it out. However, I don't want to incur a low inventory fee. Is there a way to do this, or do I just need to remove my remaining products from the warehouse?

Get a load of this reason why Amazon granted a buyer their claim, even though we sent all the correct items, appealed, provided proof, etc. What is happening to Seller Central, and why are they legally allowed to do this?

-Product Amount: USD 588.49

-Claim date: December 21, 2024

-Why is this happening?

-The customer reported an issue with delivery. In this case, the tracking information indicates delivered, but the customer did not receive the package. Because you provided sufficient information that proves order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate.

It says right there that the buyer received the items, but Amazon STILL chooses to withhold our funds. They know they are stealing from us, and admitting it, but won't even look at our appeals and evidence we provide.

Problem with downgrading account

So I'm downgrading to Individual, but my account shows that Mexico remained Professional. I don't know why. I never agreed to sell in Mexico and I never started an account there. What's the deal? If I'm showing Professional in Mexico, Amazon will still collect the $39.99 professional fee, right? I try to change to individual, but it always switches back by default. How can this be fixed?

A bug in the system

Hello!

I have an error with my account. I passed all verifications a long time ago, and recently after re-verification, I reactivated the account and received a positive response (provided a screenshot)

, after which a bug appeared. It shows me something like Invalid Address, which is not true because the address was verified a long time ago.

I opened a case (ID 16883303231 and ID 16911791511) about this problem and the support team said that all the verifications on my account are fine and maybe the error will go away after 72 hours, but it didn't and they said they can't help because the error is not about verification , and this is just a bug. Perhaps I should contact other support, for example, technical support, but I do not understand how to do this. I understand that this is just a bug, but I am not sure that it will not affect the payouts and therefore I want this bug to be removed.

we received a USPS returned to sender no mail receptacle . Shipping bought through Amazon Claim protected , ODRT protected

We called and were advised by technical support to issue refund -we did

Is there anything else we need to do ? Is not our fault that the customer does not have mail receptacle and USPS was not unable to deliver and return the package

I’m facing an issue with my Amazon seller account verification. The address verification code has been stuck in "preparing" status for the past 14 days, despite two attempts. Now, I only have one final attempt left to complete the process.

To make matters worse, my account is deactivated due to this issue, even though it’s not my fault. I’m concerned about how long it will take to resolve this. If the process takes over a week, will my store remain deactivated the entire time?

I’ve already opened a case with support (Case ID: 16932357341), but the issue remains unresolved.

Please prioritize resolving this issue.

I received the following notification from Amazon, and my account has been suspended:

"We recently asked you to provide seller information to Amazon in compliance with the INFORM Consumers Act requirements. According to Amazon’s records, the necessary information has either not been provided or could not be verified. As a result, we have temporarily suspended your Amazon selling account and removed your listings. Please access your Account Health Dashboard to check the required information and submit the necessary details promptly for verification."

I would like to resubmit the required documents, but I cannot find the submission page on Seller Central, so I am unable to do so. Despite reaching out to Seller Support multiple times, I always receive the same response: "The identity verification process is currently under review, and you cannot resubmit identification documents until the review by the relevant department is completed. Please wait."

Several days have passed with my account still suspended. However, the content of the account suspension notification clearly stated, "Submit the necessary documents for verification promptly," which contradicts the response from Seller Support. I believe there may be some kind of system error.

The suspension notification also mentioned, "If the required documents are not submitted, your account will be permanently suspended." At this rate, my account may be permanently suspended. I am unable to do anything further. Can someone please help me?
