The customer first claimed that the package was not delivered and then a minute later, contacted customer service again and changed their story. They claimed it was delivered empty. This is obviously a scam. I pack everything myself. I have low volume. I do this after I am done teaching school for the day. I know all of my orders. I used Amazon Shipping and the tracking shows the package was delivered 6 days ahead of time. I met all of my Amazon claims protection requirements. Can anyone please give me advice on how to proceed with this? Thank you.
