Generic product entry for FNSKU - but UPC fails.

All I am trying to do is create a generic product entry so I can get my FNSKU to send to the manufacturer for printing on the packaging. Is there a way to get this done without all the related stuff?

Just creating the entry fails with the (ever loved) 8572 error. I've gone through all the flaming hoops that amazon wants me to - to my knowledge. I've got the GS1 UPC barcodes. I created the product as a 'generic' as I am still waiting for my brand approval. All I can do i create a trouble ticket to prove ONCE AGAIN that I own the UPC Prefix, and the actual GTIN is set to "in use" - because proving it once wasn't enough i guess.

I want to create the entry to get the FNSKU to send to the manufacture to print the packaging that Amazon requires - but I can't do that until I prove something i've already proven?

It seems amazon is actively TRYING to introduce Catch-22s into their system.

my husband, who owned the business, passed away over a year ago. I closed the account but now i need the tax 1099 and everytime I try I get a message that my account is inactive. I know this because i closed it but i still need the 2024 tax forms. how do i get the form so I can file the taxes for 2024

Account Suspension - Section 3

Dear Amazon Seller Performance & Forum Team,

I’m reaching out to request urgent manual intervention in my account suspension case related to Section 3 violation for inauthenticity, which I strongly believe is a result of a misunderstanding or a lack of direct verification with the brand.

I have purchased the ASIN in question directly from the brand, with full authorisation to resell. I have provided:

● Invoices from the brand

● Bank statement as proof of payment

● Order confirmation emails

● Letter of Authorisation from the brand owner

Despite submitting these documents multiple times, Amazon continues to respond with the same generic rejection template, without providing clarity on what’s missing or what documentation would meet the threshold.

What’s most frustrating is that:

● The Account Health Services call option has been removed, eliminating the only direct channel I had to speak with a representative for guidance.

● Any case I open through the “Help” section is auto-closed within seconds, citing it's not the right appeal path.

● No one from Amazon has contacted the brand to verify the relationship or documentation — even though the brand is available and willing to confirm everything.

As a compliant seller, I’ve always followed FBA protocols, sold only authentic products, and strictly adhered to the Business Solutions Agreement. I’ve never violated Section 3 policies and have maintained transparency throughout.

All I am asking for is a chance to talk to someone, or at the very least, a manual review by a trained investigator. I am confident that this entire issue can be resolved in 5 minutes if Amazon simply contacts the brand directly.

Even the brand is baffled by the automated responses and inability to connect with someone at Amazon.

I urge the relevant team to kindly consider reopening the communication channels — whether via call or email — for genuine, compliant sellers to defend their business and resolve such critical matters fairly.

This situation does not just impact my account; it damages trust in the process.

Is My Journey End on Amazon?

Dear Amazon Seller Community,

This post not just out of frustration, but with the hope that someone who’s walked this path before might offer clarity or support. After working hard to build my Amazon business, it now feels like everything is slipping away because of a single product listing.

I chose a well-known health and wellness website as my supplier. They offer competitive pricing, and before purchasing, I did my due diligence — I contacted 7–8 major brands listed on their site. Most of them confirmed that this retailer is their authorized seller, and some even listed this supplier under the "Where to Buy" section of their official websites.

Feeling confident, I sourced products, including one from a very popular brand, and listed them on Amazon. Soon after listing the item, my account was deactivated due to product authenticity concerns related to that ASIN.

I submitted the invoice for the product, but Amazon rejected it and requested supply chain documentation. I contacted my supplier, and their response was that — while they are a legitimate reseller — they are not able to provide manufacturer resale authorization or documents that Amazon typically requests.

Not giving up, I contacted the brand directly. They confirmed that my supplier is not sourcing directly from them, and they’re unsure where my supplier is obtaining the stock.

To be clear, I only received two orders on the affected product, and I issued full refunds to both customers — even though no complaints were made. I did not intend to violate any policy. My intent was always to sell genuine products from a reputable retailer. I now understand the importance of sourcing only through verifiable and authorized supply chains.

I’ve appealed multiple times, and I’ve been transparent throughout. But each response from Amazon has been a rejection.

I’m reaching out to this community to ask:

  • Is there any realistic chance left to get my account back?
  • Has anyone faced a similar situation and found a way through?
  • Or… is my journey on Amazon truly over because of one listing mistake — made despite genuine effort to follow the rules?

I built this business from scratch with hope, hard work, and a sincere desire to succeed honestly. I’m open to all advice and guidance.

We are currently in the process of getting our product relisted, but we are stuck in a loop where we are repeatedly asked to provide an EPA registration number for the minimal-risk product. After thoroughly reviewing EPA guidelines, we have confirmed that this product does not require regulatory registration as a general purpose cleaner.

To ensure full compliance, we have updated the product description and labels and have provided the requested images. Despite these efforts, our product has still been denied relisting. We would greatly appreciate any further guidance or assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi everyone,I’m running into a frustrating issue while trying to register my brand on Amazon. I’ve submitted multiple images of my actual product with my brand logo clearly shown — and yes, it’s my own photo taken with my phone. But I keep getting the same rejection message: The product images you provided do not display the label permanently affixed to the product or its packaging. The submitted pictures will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application, and customers will not have access to them.I’ve tried different angles, lighting, background, etc., but I still get the same message. It’s my real product, with a real logo on it — not photoshopped. I even printed the logo directly onto the packaging, and still no luck.Has anyone dealt with this before? Any tips on how to get past this? I just want to get my brand approved — this feels like a brick wall.Appreciate any help!

Apply to Sell Brand Denied

Hi,

My application for my brand registration is currently pending, but I went ahead and starting creating my product listing. However, it told me that I have to fill out an application to sell the product given that it is branded (my brand). I completed the application but it was denied because the UPC wasn't associated with the brand.

I bought the UPC earlier that day from GS1 so maybe it was still too new? I'm not sure what to do now because I tried to reapply but it was flagged as a duplicate and auto rejected.

Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy

Your account is currently under review as per section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. During the review, FBA shipment creation ability will be disabled and your funds will be withheld in accordance with our "Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy":I was asked to provide Invoices , Identification , Bank Statements showing where I paid the distributor (I have a 60 day credit term) , Supply Chain Invoice (provided DHL Commercial Invoices & Receipts) from Distributor. This was for 3 particular ASINS. They have removed two of the ASINS and now they want they same thing for the 3rd, which was provided all at once. They emailed saying they can't accept these invoices and I must again provide the following below and highlight the ASINS and items.

I have done that but my issue is I can only provide the same invoice repeatedly as it is what the distributor has , nothing has been edited , redacted. So I need help . I have since resent the same invoices from suppliers supplier , the supplier's bank statement which shows where they paid the supplier , dhl commercial invoices and shipment receipts with highlighted areas.

I don't know what else to do.

You may remove pricing information but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review.
