We received 6 orders from an account in the name of {Moderator Edit: Buyer information removed}

For all the six orders we can see that the orders were rejected during delivery.

In the return, we found all of them have a cheap item packed inside polybags which is not our product.

We also found that under the return label, there is a label generated for forward shipping which is the same label that we used to send the shipment.

How is it possible that this type of fraud is happening without the involvement of ATS personnel? Only ATS staff and the seller would have access to the labels to be able to print them.

Soon Amazon will deny safe-t claims stating that we have exceeded the limit, even though this type of fraud is on the rise and increasing month on month.

I have received so many time fake return from buyer such Ayurveda nursing student. how can I prevent such fake buyer from our store.
