Your account is currently under review as per section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. During the review, FBA shipment creation ability will be disabled and your funds will be withheld in accordance with our "Funds Disbursement Eligibility Policy":I was asked to provide Invoices , Identification , Bank Statements showing where I paid the distributor (I have a 60 day credit term) , Supply Chain Invoice (provided DHL Commercial Invoices & Receipts) from Distributor. This was for 3 particular ASINS. They have removed two of the ASINS and now they want they same thing for the 3rd, which was provided all at once. They emailed saying they can't accept these invoices and I must again provide the following below and highlight the ASINS and items.
I have done that but my issue is I can only provide the same invoice repeatedly as it is what the distributor has , nothing has been edited , redacted. So I need help . I have since resent the same invoices from suppliers supplier , the supplier's bank statement which shows where they paid the supplier , dhl commercial invoices and shipment receipts with highlighted areas.
I don't know what else to do.

" I don't know what else to do."
More and more frequently Amazon is taking a TWO STEP approach and you may not be doing one or more of the steps.
If Amazon is rejecting your "proof" it is likely as a result of NOT meeting these requirements --
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK?
NOTE the verification is required from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" that assures you that they are authorized.
If you have watched any YouTube or TikTok videos FORGET everything you saw there.
Hello @Seller_5PbUSuXNgXffJ,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account review.
Although I understand this is never an ideal situation to be in, I do see a potential concern with what is being requests and what you mentioned providing. You advised submitting DHL invoices and receipts. Do these documents reference each of the 3 ASIN you where advised of and their full supply chain? As mentioned, we have requested that you provide invoices, receipts contracts, delivery orders from your suppliers supplier for each of the 3 mentioned ASINs or to submit an LOA you have with the brand. When you provided your documents do they cover the full supply chain of each product? Do the documents meet our minimum expectations reflected on our invoice requirement help page? If you have not already looked over the page, I would recommend doing so. We also offer examples on why some invoices may not be accepted, which can help with identifying issues and working with the distributor(s) to provide necessary documentation.

Additionally, as we have also requested a letter of authorization, I would echo what @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp mentioned and inquire on where you were sourcing and if you have brand approval or authorization to list, sell or redistribute products on amazon.
Since it does sound like you have good communication with your supplier, I would advise continuing to work with them on providing the necessary supply chain documents to resolve the issue. The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
