Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am writing to urgently address a critical issue regarding my inventory under Removal Order ID: Osb5Z/Jpuw. This situation has caused significant distress and financial strain, and I humbly request your immediate intervention to prevent further losses.

Background Details:

Inventory Authentication and Clearance:

I successfully completed the inventory authentication review process, provided all required documentation, and cleared all concerns.

Amazon informed me via email (attached for reference) that my inventory was eligible for removal.

Removal Settings:

I explicitly configured my seller account settings to "Return to Seller" for unsellable inventory. This was done to ensure that any inventory flagged as unfulfillable would be returned to me and not disposed of.

Current Issue:

Despite these settings, a removal order was initiated on November 29, 2024, under the "Amazon-Initiated Automated Unfulfillable Removal System."

The details of this order show:

Total Units Ordered for Disposal: 1307

Already Disposed: 269 units

Pending Disposal: 1038 units

This removal order is directly against my configured preferences, and my inventory is being disposed of without my consent.

Financial and Emotional Impact:

This inventory represents a substantial investment, much of which was financed through personal loans. The ongoing disposal of these units not only threatens my business but also my ability to repay these debts.

Request for Action:

Immediate Halt on Disposal:

Please stop the disposal process for the remaining 1038 pending units under this removal order.

Investigation:

Kindly investigate why my configured "Return to Seller" settings were overridden, resulting in automatic disposal.

Reimbursement and Recovery:

If possible, I request Amazon to reimburse or recover any disposed units or prevent the remaining units from being disposed of.

Resolution:

I kindly request an explanation and assurance that such incidents will not recur in the future.

I have attached all relevant documentation, including:

The email confirming my inventory clearance.

Screenshots of my removal settings.

Details of the current removal order status.

Your urgent attention to this matter is deeply appreciated, as any further disposal of inventory would cause irreparable harm to my business.

Lost inventory in FBA warehouse

After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve this issue with customer service, I am reaching out here for assistance.

The extract from my Inventory Ledger shows the following:

Receipt: 12 units

Shipment (Sold): 9 units

Net Adjustment: 3 units

According to Amazon customer service, the 3 units in the "Net Adjustment" are considered as units returned to my inventory. However, my inventory shows 0 units remaining.

Let me break it down:

Initial inventory: 12 units

Sold: 9 units

Remaining inventory should be: 3 units

Yet, I have 0 units left.

Where are the remaining 3 units?

For reference, the last case number is: 16886044771.

I would appreciate any clarification or assistance you can provide.

In 2008, I bought a DVD of Spider-Man comics from Amazon. In 2014, I sold this item on Amazon. I marked the listing for deletion after sale, as I only had that single copy.

About a month ago, over a decade later, Amazon accused me of violating intellectual property with the listing for Spider-Man DVD. Without me knowledge & against my consent, Amazon somehow maintained the listing for the product that sold back in 2014.

I've gone back & forth with Amazon reps for weeks. Amazon policies apparently prevent them from understanding the issue or being reasonable. Amazon has not provided even a shred of evidence that I violated IP in any way, shape, or form. None of it makes any sense. Reps keep repeating irrelevant policies. I don't want to relist the item. I only had one copy & I sold it over 10 years ago.

To add to the inconsistency, Amazon has not charged me with IP violation for the many other items I sold back in the day. I sold a DVD of X-Men comics in the very same transaction as the DVD of Spider-Man comics. I would greatly appreciate even a touch of coherence.

I'm prepared to pursue this matter to the utmost extent of the law & have made the necessary preparations in that regard.

Hope this email finds you in high of health and in good spirit

A buyer of mine left a negative feedback. The reason of the feedback is. The buyer request a return that did not approve purchase, he just only add the item to his basket and never purchase it. I have asked the buyer not to return this item and i proceeded with the refund. I have request the feedback to be removed through Feedback manager but i did not get help as of now. Please kindly asking you look into this issue and if possible i would be kindly asking you to removet his feedback from your side.

I accidentally deleted the link to the item, and after reinstating the link the ASIN is the same, but the SKU is different, and now the inventory is not restored, what should I do?

If I use the form to change back to the original SKU will the inventory be restored?

I have FBA inventory for one ASIN nearing its "best by" date. I need to dispose of this old inventory (Create a Disposal Order), and send in new inventory without there being a big lapse in availability. This is the first time I've run into this issue.

Documentation on Disposal Orders say they could take "up to 90 days to process."

Of course, I tried asking "Support" for clarification and and just get copy/paste responses about removal orders and the usual incoherent runaround from associates that don't speak or understand English that I'm sure we are all tired of and frustrated by.

I want to make sure that:

1) there isn't a big lapse in time that I have inventory for sale. no lapse would be ideal.

2) my new inventory sent in will not be disposed of or mixed with the old

If anyone has been through this or has advice, or an admin can provide clarification on how the timing of the disposal orders actually works, it would be appreciated.
