A-Z Claim Denied Need Help

I can't Even believe this claim was denied. We used Amazon buy label to ship this order. WE attached Fedex Transaction record dated 2/17/2025 @ 2:55PM that Fedex was in possession of the package. We shipped the product Early. Fedex Lost our package. WE have proof they were in possession Yet our claim was denied. WHY??? WE have PROOF they had the package. Reason for Claim Denial was we "Didn't Ship the package in a timely manner." Seriously??? It appears All claims are just being denied and NO ONE IS ACTUALLY REVIEWING THEM!

Myrrh resin, a substance mentioned multiple times in the Bible and used for centuries in various cultural and spiritual practices, is now facing restrictions on Amazon.

My Myrrh resin listing was recently flagged and removed by Amazon, citing concerns related to synthetic cannabinoids or restricted chemicals. However, Myrrh resin is a completely natural aromatic substance with a long history of traditional use.

Other sellers have also reported similar issues, despite the fact that Myrrh is not a synthetic product and has been used for centuries in incense, meditation, and cultural practices. Meanwhile, other natural resins like Frankincense remain available without restriction.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Why is Myrrh resin being misclassified, and is there a way to resolve it? Let’s discuss.

Hello,

As the title says Amazon Suspended my account for product compliance violations. I have provided invoices from my suppliers but they are NOT accepting them. I got the business insurance as I was told to as well. I created a plan of action and will not be selling those products anymore. I have no clue what else they want, I am trying my best to resolve this.

Any tips? I really need to get this back up

I listed a book, Sea of Cortez by John Steinbeck, ASIN/ISBN 0911858083. The current price range is from $99 in Good condition to $200 in Very Good condition. My copy is in Very Good condition. I priced it accordingly but less than the two highest priced books. I received a "Listing deactivated due to potential pricing error" email. I tried lowering my price to just above the lower priced books in Good condition. I received another "Listing deactivated" notice. Why can other sellers list at a higher price but I can't? This has happened many times. It's very frustrating and inexplicable.

I would like to discuss a pressing concern that has recently come to light. A customer left a 1-star review due to not receiving their product, a situation that is outside my direct control as shipping and handling are managed by Amazon. While I have several 5-star reviews that reflect the quality and reliability of the product, I am worried about the impact this lone 1-star review could have on my product's reputation and customer satisfaction. It misleads potential buyers since it does not pertain to the product itself but to a logistical issue that I have no control over. Amazon deleted the review, but kept the 1 star.

I understand and respect Amazon’s policies on customer feedback, and I am seeking your guidance on how to address this issue effectively. Could you advise on the appropriate steps I could take? Hi, I submitted for brand approval and got rejected - then I completed the appeal with the correct tax number.

When I went to check on the status just now it says it is in process but also has the reply button in blue as if they are waiting for a response from me? I'm confused, could someone tell me if I need to reach out to Brand Registry to get a clear picture of what they want from me - if anything. It shows my case number and"work in progress" underneath my case ID. I don't want to not reply and hold up my application but confused if Brand Registry is in fact waiting for a response from me or the page is just showing their "work in progress. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks!

First time to make FBM products. All the product details are done and the product is on sale. But Amazon's front desk does not display inventory, nor does it display product prices. I sent a CASE to Amazon to ask about it, but it hasn't replied to me yet.

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am writing to formally report an unauthorized seller,PAATM SHIVA and this seller also belongs from india where our trademark DUPATTA FASHION is registered in Trade Marks Registry, Government Of India. , This seller PAATM SHIVA has mapped all variants of our PARENT ASINs – B0CD1S3V3Z and B0CHSG4482 and is selling fake products under our brand name, DUPATTA FASHION. As the genuine manufacturer, we find it extremely concerning that another seller is able to list and sell identical products without authorization. We have not given any authorisation letter to this seller PAATM SHIVA to sale our products in our brand name DUPATTA FASHION.

We have worked hard to establish our brand and ensure high-quality products for our customers. However, if buyers receive counterfeit or substandard products from unauthorized sellers, it will:

Damage our brand reputation due to negative reviews from dissatisfied customers.

Lead to financial losses as we have invested significantly in product quality and brand-building.

Unfairly impact our advertising efforts, as we are running expensive marketing campaigns, while the unauthorized seller benefits without making any investment.

Additionally, obtaining trademarks in every country is neither feasible nor guaranteed due to high costs and the complex approval process (e.g., USPTO). Given this, Amazon must reconsider its policies to better support genuine sellers and prevent unauthorized hijacking of listings.

We request Amazon to take immediate action by:

(1).Removing the unauthorized seller (PATTAM SHIVA) from our product listings.

(2).Strengthening brand protection policies to prevent similar hijacking incidents.

(3).Reviewing and updating Amazon’s policies to ensure fair competition and safeguard legitimate brands.

(4).If such issues continue, genuine sellers may be forced to leave Amazon.com, as they face unfair competition from counterfeit

sellers. We urge Amazon to take this complaint seriously and provide a swift resolution.
