Here's a fun one!

The buyer actually WROTE. ON. THE BOX. that they purchased a different unit of the same model and put the new one in the box to return it. My favorite part is how their handwriting is UNDER the LPN label so you know Amazon saw it before processing it for a full refund.

It may not be clear because of the coverings I had to put on the pic, but it says "Purchased New Same Model, Returned in New Box"

Sure enough, this was a switcheroo return and the serial numbers of the unit on the box and the unit returned don't match. Wasn't that kind of them!

OUTRAGEOUS Return Shipping Adjustments

We just noticed where we are being hit with insane adjustments from UPS on returns... they are stating the package is 40lb's .. this is wrong.. the dimensions are correct, ;and we ship out with FEDEX no issue.. the packages are typically 5-10LB, never 40! it is not possible, nowhere in our listings info would UPS deduce these packages may weight 40lb.. the audited dimensions are correct, the weight is off by 85% on every return.

EVERY SINGLE RETURN WE ARE HIT WITH THIS CHARGE.. 64.49 to return an item we sold for 30$ ... WHAT IS GOING ON?

These adjustments are present on every single return we have ever had, this is sickening

Bottom image is the item attributes and the weight!!!! its not 4!!0 pounds!!!

As far as SAFE-T goes, since we "issued a refund" we cannot file a claim for the return shipping cost.. EVERY SINGLE RETURN ITEM STATES IT WEIGHED 40LB.... every single one, how is this possible? that is 35 pounds heavier vs the package was shipped out on FEDEX..

The fabric is returned in the same plastic sleeve as it was shipped out in..... There is no logical reason why every single return no matter which the item, UPS states it weighs 40 pounds....

This needs escalated internally because every SAFE-F has been denied or not possible due to refund being issued by us! .. there are sometimes 2 or 3 individual adjustments on a single order.. many orders under 30$ end up costing us 100$... this is theft by UPS

This is impossible.. we ship 100% of orders through amazon buy shipping, thus it is impossible for VTR to suddenly drop and get a threatening email in the AM... i am actually quite sick of waking up to a new threat from Amazon over some nonsense like this...

is this sabotage for being critical of amazon in the forums?

I need to escalte my case with Amazon higher team

Hi Team

My account was deactivated due to inauthenticity issue on a specific Asin. I have got two order on this Asin. I have submitted the invoice of these two orders that are fulfilled through my supplier. But Amazon was rejected my appeal and asked for the supply chain documents. I have contacted to my supplier and requested them to provide me supply chain documents but they said they can't disclose their supplier information with their customers. I have also provided the screenshot of this email.

Then on my account health page, I choose the "Acknowledge the violation" and submitted the new appeal. In which, I have mentioned that my supplier is not giving the supply chain documents and also provided the email screenshot. I have also deleted the affected Asin and discontinued that product. I have also give full refund to the two customers who bought the product from me. I have also discontinued my sourcing with the suppliers who cannot provide the supply chain documents. I have also bought some inventory for the Future Product direct from the brand and also provided the Future Invoice and Order confirmation Screenshots.

But even after providing all these information, my appeal is rejecting with the same response. I want to escalate my case with higher team. The relevant case ids are 17046429921, 17035799871 and 16992148901. Even the support team is sending the same email rather than helping me.

I filed a claim about this customer saying she did not receive the package. I filed a SAFE-T claim, provided proof that the box was delivered and I get this response from Amazon: "We are denying your claim because your product is nonreturnable".

I responded back, asking why their response was connnected to the fact that the product was delivered and the customer denied that. The second response from Amazon was" "We are denying your claim because your product is nonreturnable".

I can not believe that Amazon is that stupid to try and connect 2 issues that are not even relatable. Am I dealing with AI? Is there another avenue I can take?

Hello,

This is my first time posting in the help section, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been selling on Amazon since 2021 and recently ran into a significant issue. One of the products I’ve been selling since day one is part of a brand I’ve been building. Last year, I began the process of trademarking my brand (currently pending). All the products I’ve sold have been associated with this brand from the start, and I’d like to transition them into my newly accepted Amazon brand registry.

However, when I submitted evidence to update the ASIN brand name from “Generic” to my brand, Amazon responded that the change could not be made due to concerns about customer confusion.

To make matters worse, two hijackers have attached themselves to my listing and are selling non-customized versions of my product, which is impacting my star ratings. We’re now caught in a frustrating “price-dropping” battle, and despite using Amazon’s reporting tools to flag this issue, they’ve stated there’s no problem.

I don’t want to abandon my listing and risk letting hijackers take it over completely. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can resolve this and move forward?

My account was deactivated " under the section 3 of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement" and the "Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy".

I have submitted the appropriately sourced invoices from the ASINs that are listed. I get a response days later with new ASIN, but no idea if the first ASIN have been approved. How long will this continue to go on? (I do have invoices for all the ASIN I have listed). Has anyone ever actually managed to get their account reactivated?

I used Amazon Buy Shipping, but the customer did not receive the goods and filed a claim. I used Buy Shipping appeal as the reason, but Amazon rejected my appeal request. My store is in danger.

Hi, I have 2 ASINs that I'm trying to send to AWD, but I'm getting an error that says "This item is considered a dangerous good and is ineligible for upstream storage." The items are not dangerous and they're not classified as dangerous on Amazon. They're literally just small pieces of steel. I'm wondering if they were flagged because they have the word "fire" in the title?

I created a case (17010074361), but from experience with Amazon support, it will just sit there and nothing will be fixed, so I'm posting here for more exposure.

Could you please help me on this to see if you could solve the issue. We have many cases open with Amazon as we have 3 parent skus which are being affected by mass disappearances on detail pages yet showing on manage my inventory in seller central. We have been trying to fix the issue for around 10 days now and every day some child listings are having issues. The case ID is: 17023120571 (this is just one case ID). Have tried to figure out just one child listing first to see if can solve it then would go on to all of the others but hard to get customer support to help and just go round in circles about brand and deletion and reupload on file feed etc. And two brand Ids showing in the background. Was all fine before 2 weeks ago now all deleting every day.
