I added a new listing using the new listing recommended for handmade about 2 weeks ago and it worked. Not anymore. What happened? I tried it again, but more than 48 hours later the listing is still not showing anywhere in my catalog.

Thinking that maybe I missed something, I added another one starting from scratch. After submitting I got a pop up saying "Thanks for submitting your listing. If approved, changes will be reflected within 24 hours. You can now copy this listing to add a similar product to your catalog." I used the Copy to add another product button to create another 3 listings, hoping that everything will work as it was supposed to.

More than 24 hours later none of the new created listings show up anywhere in my catalog, they are not active, inactive, suppressed etc., they are simply non-existing. Am I the only one with this problem? Can I go back to use the old way of adding new listings so I can send my products to FBA sooner rather than later?

I received risk of deactivation yellow banner 3 days ago and it's stuck on "Tax Verification (In Progress)" step. When I go to the tax information section, it says ‘tax information is complete, your tax information has been validated successfully. Everytime I check Inform Consumers Act section sometimes I see my tax id there sometimes don't. But it's always pending. Can you help @Seller_SBIjJooGeXSQ6 ?

I have been selling on amazon for 11 years.

Why on earth do my product images just MAGICALLY disappear then my listing gets suppressed?

Why on earth does my product descriptions just MAGICALLY disappear then my listing gets suppressed?

I have 5 websites, two ebay accounts and amazon takes up 90% of my time.. and is 8% of my business and 80% or my returns.. This is getting unreal

Buenas tardes, hace mas de un año abri mi cuenta de vendedor como persona y núnca la he usado, estoy en proceso de creacion de una llc a mi nombre pero con otro domicilio y cuenta bancaria de la empresa y mi pregunta es si es preferible cerrar esta cuenta y abrir otra a nombre de la llc directamente o cambiar los datos??

Spreadsheet template has no brand name

I downloaded the spreadsheet template for my product but it has no brand name entry in the `Valid Values` sheet. Because of this, I can't add correct brand name in the template sheet also. What's happening here ? Why is it not mentioned ?

Drop in Sales – Any Insights?

I’ve noticed a significant drop in my sales on Amazon recently. Despite keeping my prices competitive and maintaining good product ratings, the decline continues. I’m wondering if others are experiencing the same issue. Could it be due to recent algorithm changes, increased competition, or seasonal fluctuations?

Saturday shipping settings

Hello everyone.

I set up my shipping settings and selected Saturday as a work day. Entered cut off time and latest pick up.

However, all orders are being pushed for Monday. I created 5 cases with Amazon seller support and obviosly only answer I'm getting is in regards of the delivery promise, not ship by date.

I'm attaching our cusrrent shipping settings.

Can you please advise why all orders which suppose to have ship by date on Saturday pushed for Monday?

Dear Moderators,

We started our Amazon business from 2015 until now, we love this business very much, we always provide good products and customer service to our customers, and we always strictly follow Amazon’s policy especially intellectual property policy. But our Amazon account was suddenly suspended due to alleged trademark infringement several days ago, however this was an incorrect system determination. The trademark that we're accused of infringing is actually our own registered brand. We registered this trademark in 2022 in US and have completed the brand registry in Amazon the same year, this brand can be checked in the USPTO website.Besides this, we haven't infringed on any other trademarks.

We have appealed to Amazon multiple times, but it seems that Amazon review team didn’t carefully examine our appeals and has simply rejected them.

We submitted the appeal again on the account health page, we kindly request you help to investigate our appeal and remove this policy violation.

If you need us to provide more information, please tell us which information is missing in detail , please don't just simply reject our appeal.

I just open a case, the case ID is 17217032341, could you please help to look into our case?
