As we gear up for the holiday shopping season, let's take a moment to talk turkey—or maybe not turkey at all! I'm curious about your thoughts on Thanksgiving cuisine, and I want to stir the gravy boat a little.

Here's my burning question: What do you think is the most overrated Thanksgiving food item?

Is it the classic green bean casserole that always seems to have more mushroom soup than actual vegetables? Perhaps it's the cranberry sauce that comes out of the can with those distinctive ridges intact. Or maybe—dare I say it—you think the revered turkey itself doesn't live up to the hype?

For me, I'd have to go with stuffing. I've had just about every iteration of it I can find, and it all just tastes like soggy bread to me - I don't get it!

I need help appealing a multiple accounts violation. The 2 other accounts are mine because I had problems registering for an amazon account as I would just get stuck at a page and decided to register for a new amazon account with the same info but different email and got past that page. I finally have an amazon account and then it got deactivated. It said for me to reactivate and appeal the two other accounts but the two other accounts aren't even registered yet as i talked to amazon support team so the accounts didn't get suspended so there is no way of reactivating the accounts. I can't even write an appeal or do anything because both accounts don't even have a dashboard and are just stuck at register an Amazon account. What do i do in this situation

We were selling a hair tool, but we had a lot of returns after Halloween.

As a result, our products are marked as "frequently returned item".

We analyzed return reports,

37% don’t want it,

16% purchased the wrong product.

Now what do we need to do to remove this mark,

Then how long does the review take?

Filing an A to Z from A Customer Viewpoint

So I have a buyer claiming INR despite Delivery Confirmation AND signature confirmation.

The post office confirmed GPS location. The signature looks like chicken scratch. It was delivered late (despite being Priority). I shipped on time, using Amazon buy shipping and the freakin' 'CLAIMS PROTECTED' badge was (is) there when I look at the order and the shipping option I selected (the OTDR Protected badge is there too, but it always is even when it doesn't apply).

The buyer is giving evasive non-answers when I ask basic things like, "Is the address on the order is correct?".

Answer: "We did not receive," like I'm talking to a cavewoman.

ANYWAY, I wanted to give this person step-by-step instructions on how to file an A to Z claim by going through it myself on one of my recent Amazon orders (without actually going all the way because I DID receive the merchandise).

Lo and behold (whatever that means), before I can attempt an A to Z claim, the 'system' forces a chat or phone contact with customer service before proceeding. And you KNOW how generous THEY are with OUR money...

I presume this often leads to customer service issuing a refund outside of the A to Z process, probably by design. Then we have to go to the Safe-T claim rodeo for numerous rejections/denials.

Do I have this right?

A+ Aplus A Plus Not updating

Is anyone having issues updating their A+ pages? If you are not having issues, how long does it take for your A+ changes to get posted and go live?

I have gone through the submission process multiple times. The system allows me to submit the changes for approval (after the ASINS have been uploaded in). But the A+ stays in "draft" status even though I can see the "Cancel bulk action" button.

I have waited for a week for the A+ to get accepted but nothing seems to be going through for me. Not sure if this process stated to take much longer than it previously did or there is some bug in the system.

Request approval to sell used books?

Why must I "request approval" to sell used books from certain publishers. This has happened several times now. I tried to sell a single used copy of a book published by Tor and received a message that I required approval first. If you request approval, the form shown above appears. Obviously, there is some confusion on Amazon's part about what is intended. I am not a distributor or brick-and-mortar shop interested in buying books wholesale. I have one copy of a book published by Tor that I would like to sell. (I bought it on Amazon, by the way.) This has happened with books from other publishers as well, who are refusing to allow individuals to sell used books.

For example, in trying to list the book, I see the following:

You need approval to list in this brand.

Refurbished condition: We are currently not accepting applications for this product. To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, we restrict certain products from being listed or sold on Amazon. If the ability to list this product changes, you will be able to sell by clicking “Sell this product” or “Apply to Sell”.

Dear Amazon team,

I am trying to reactivate my Amazon seller account due to an error. I wrote, created, and sell children’s piano method books under my own brand.

Two months ago, I hired an independent contractor to assist solely with cataloging and optimizing product listings. The independent contractor was at my house and I logged into my Amazon Seller account using his laptop, which was the same device he used when he worked from home. I did not share any other personal or account information with him.

After working with him for a week and a half, my Amazing Seller Account was deactivated because of relational association with another account that I did not know anything about, VSS Collections.

Then I found out that this independent contractor previously had an Amazon Seller account (VSS Collections) that has been deactivated. He did not disclose this at all before. There was no way for me to know this. But then because he was logged into my Seller Account on his computer, Amazon assumed this relationship.

As soon as I found this out, I terminated the contract between SPK Publishing and the independent contractor. I also made sure that passwords were changed, that he was fully logged out of my account on his device, and that all cookies and cache were cleared. I submitted an appeal, it was rejected, so we took all of those steps again, and even got a notarized affidavit saying that our business relationship has been terminated.

The contractor’s prior account history was unknown to me when I hired him and our Amazon Sellers accounts are in no way related. He cannot reactivate his account, but I have no relationship to VSS Collections, and this is very clear if you were to look at the products that we sell and our 12 year history on Amazon.

Can someone please help me? I've spent dozens of hours trying to solve this, and we have appealed several times, but nothing has worked. The person reviewing our documents doesn't seem to understand that we have no relationship with this other account. Thank you so much.

Don't know if other sellers are experiencing this...Amazon is padding the crap out of our transit times...we are well above the 90% OTDR yet they're showing our items won't be delivered until Dec 4-6!! that's 10-12 shipping days, we have our transit time for these areas set at 2-4 days with 1 day handling...and according to our dashboard they are only supposed to be adding .8 days so there's an extra 8 days being added!!!! some sort of ploy to drive more business to FBA during the holidays? this is inexcusable there has got to be some sort of recourse otherwise FBM sellers will all be out of business by next year....we're losing all of our buy boxes due to this 'error'!

Hello. I have been selling on Amazon for 2 years. At the end of July, my account was suspended due to 3 ASIN invoice requests. I passed this verification and was able to open my Amazon account. Then, ten days after my Amazon seller account was opened, my account was suspended again. They requested the invoice for the product I bought a year and a half ago and last sold a year ago, and stated that they suspended my account due to their fake product policy. I sent the invoice of the product they wanted from me to Amazon, but this time they did not accept my invoice because the invoice for the product was older than 365 days. I have made many objections and phone calls since August 16, but my account has not been opened. I emphasized that my product is original and that I bought it from Amazon TR. I sent my invoice to almost every objection and explained the situation. I explained that since I made the purchase a year and a half ago, it was not possible for my invoice to be issued within 365 days. There was only one purchase of the product, and that purchase was dated at that time. That's why my account is still suspended. How can I open my account? How can I fix this situation and explain myself?

This morning when logging in we got this notice. We are open for almost 10 years. We spoke to account health specialist and they said we are connected to xxxx account. We dont know who he is nor have we ever done business with the is company. We did discover that we used a 3rd party services and the same shipping company. Does anyone know if amazon will accept that this was the connection and that this is a account connection error and reinstate us. Please advise.
