To the mods....I never quite figured out what your "job description" entails concerning the forum. I just can't believe what happens here is by your choice. Answering "urgent" posts when they are 2 or 4 weeks old, replying to posts that already have been solved, when there are hundreds begging for help with no replies. All the useless posts nobody wants to read, breaking your own forum policies...and on and on. I just have to believe you are working within "restrictions". My faith in humanity demands that. Don't know if other sellers are experiencing this...Amazon is padding the crap out of our transit times...we are well above the 90% OTDR yet they're showing our items won't be delivered until Dec 4-6!! that's 10-12 shipping days, we have our transit time for these areas set at 2-4 days with 1 day handling...and according to our dashboard they are only supposed to be adding .8 days so there's an extra 8 days being added!!!! some sort of ploy to drive more business to FBA during the holidays? this is inexcusable there has got to be some sort of recourse otherwise FBM sellers will all be out of business by next year....we're losing all of our buy boxes due to this 'error'!

I see that there are many people with this same problem and no solution has been found. I have spoken with Payoneer and everything is fine with the account and with the maximum KYC level. I have tried to solve it everywhere both through Payoneer and Amazon but it has not been possible. Has anyone had the same problem and been able to solve it?

A buyer placed 5 orders for a same item and then canceled 5 orders.

And left the negative feedback to one of the canceled order, claim we charged him/her for returns.

Amazon refuse to remove it.

Any mod can help?

I just noticed, after offering 3 different refunds for orders yesterday, that all of those refunds are now being deferred to the original payment release date of the order.

So, if I have a customer who needs a refund, does this mean that the customer will not receive the payment for another two weeks on the original order release date since all orders are now deferred?

I went back and couldn't see this happen on other refunds that have been processed since payments started being deferred.

Has anyone else seen this?

I'm just anticipating the customer messages demanding their money, if refunds are now also deferred.

I am in the process of finalizing my shipping order and am being asked to input my company name in Chinese, but I do not have a Chinese company name, it's a US company. However, I am having the product shipping to Amazon from China, I am not sure what information I need to input to bypass this to proceed with getting my shipping labels.

We have hit an all-time low on sales especially this week. Is anyone else experiencing this? Amazon glitch? Nothing has changed. Account health is healthy, no negative remarks, still low sales.

Is anyone having issues updating their A+ pages? If you are not having issues, how long does it take for your A+ changes to get posted and go live?

I have gone through the submission process multiple times. The system allows me to submit the changes for approval (after the ASINS have been uploaded in). But the A+ stays in "draft" status even though I can see the "Cancel bulk action" button.

I have waited for a week for the A+ to get accepted but nothing seems to be going through for me. Not sure if this process stated to take much longer than it previously did or there is some bug in the system.
