I’m experiencing an issue with my trademark filed through the IP Accelerator program.

The trademark was filed with the USPTO on January 22, 2025.

I was informed that it would take 48 hours for Amazon’s system to sync with USPTO data and recognize the trademark.

It has now been 4 days, and the trademark is still not verified in Amazon’s system.

I have already contacted Amazon support and was provided Case ID: 17078740541, but I haven’t received any clear resolution or timeline for this to be resolved.

I would appreciate assistance or clarification on why this delay is occurring and what steps I should take next to ensure the trademark is verified.

Handmade - Cannot list a generic product (error with no code)

I am trying to list a generic product but every time I get to the "Offer" page and select that I will ship the item myself, a popup appears that reads:

ERROR: Changes to this product detail page are not allowed. If you want to sell a generic product, you must create a new product. To create a new product, follow the process outlined in Add a Product tool. For more information, go to Amazon Generic Product Policy.

I've attached an image of the error as well.

I have created new products countless times and get this error every single time, I have no idea what to do - does anyone have experience with this and know what I may be doing wrong?

I got approved by Amazon Handmade a couple months ago but have been having issue after issue trying to list my first product - any guidance is greatly appreciated.

I bought a claims protected shipping label from Amazon. USPS tracking indicates it was delivered. Buyer claims it was not. I tell them to file A-Z claim and provide them instructions on how to file one. There is no option to file A-Z claim under their orders menu.

I ask them to contact AZ customer service for assistance with filing one and CS just auto forwards all their messages repeatedly without helping them at all. Final time AZ CS tells me to replace or refund. Why would I have to do that if buying an AZ shipping label is supposedly "claims" protected from Item not received claims once USPS confirms as delivered?

Eventually the customer gets so irate I issue them a refund. I then try to ask CS to issue me a reimbursement and am told to file a SAFE-T claim. System does not let me submit one. Another CS rep says because I refunded not Amazon, I can not file a claim????? I wouldn't need to file a claim if AZ issued a refund!

Can someone give me some answers here without giving me the non-sensical runaround???

Supplier caused deactivation

Hello Amazon Discussion Forum Team,

Hope you guys are well. My account got deactivated because of my supplier. The supplier has sold me original products but upon checking with the brand I found out that the supplier is not authorized distributor. I have not received any complaints on the product. I have given every additional documents that proves me that I have purchased the product from the supplier. I have not done intentionally and it is my first time I am encountering such a huge problem. Kindly assist me what should I do? They are not accepting this supplier, I dont have any option other than purchasing products directly from the brand and submitting those inovices. Will this work? Please help me. I am tired now!

Hello, I'm a little confused, I sent inventory for the Amazon warehouse and I see that it has already arrived and they accepted it and I see from last week until today four caps have been sold, but it says this pending and they have not been sent, I don't know if I have anything else to do?.. or is it a normal process of waiting? Thank you.

Concern Regarding My FBA Seller Experience

Dear Amazon Team,

I am writing this email to express my disappointment with Amazon.

As an FBA seller, I pay my professional subscription annually, cover storage fees, and incur significant costs to ship my products through FBA. Additionally, I pay referral fees to Amazon. Despite all this, my products, which were sent to Amazon on December 8th, are still not available for FBA sales.

I have spent $1,200 on advertising to improve my ranking and attract customers on Amazon. I also created special offers for Prime customers. Now, Prime customers are canceling their orders because they have been waiting for over seven days without receiving their products.

Amazon's delay in making my products available for FBA sales is incomprehensible. I have contacted your support team multiple times to resolve this issue (over 40 inquiries via messages and 10 emails), yet the responses I receive are nearly always automated: you tell me that nothing can be done.

Nothing can be done? While I am losing sales, I am forced to stop my advertising campaigns because I cannot guarantee that my customers will receive their products on time, even Prime customers. As a result, my BSR rank is dropping, and I am losing my advertising investment.

As a new seller on Amazon, I joined with high hopes inspired by Amazon's promises. Seeing that Amazon is unable to deliver my products while possibly prioritizing sellers with a monopoly in the market leaves me feeling deeply discouraged.

I sincerely hope that my concerns will be taken seriously and that you can address this situation promptly.

AMAZON INVENTORY from FBA to FBM

I want to switch from FBA because Amazon apparently does not care about small businesses. They've lost so much of my inventory, refuse to pay, and never give solid answers.

I dont understand how to get this sent back to me while still keeping the listing. I do not want to remove the listing. please help!! AMAZON, if you're listening, PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR SELLERS. WE ARE NOT HAPPY.

i have attempted to contact seller support fot this issue with no luck...

When I try to verify my tax information for my LLC I only have three options S-Corp, C-Corp and Partnership...

When I tried to select the partnership options it takes me to the next page where the Sole Proprietary option is in the form but grayed out and unable to select the option.

However, I am registered with the LLC as a sole proprietary/single owner for my tax EIN with the IRS.

I tried to open a case on seller central but all the options are centered around the selling, listing and corection of items being sold but not for someone trying to correct issues with registration. When you go to the bottom of the page where it states "my issue isn't listed" and I fill in the form specifically to the issue I am having it only responses with "insufficient information provided"

Is there a fix for this issue that I am not seeing on the website?

Is there a way to be connected to the tax functions of sellers support or an actual person to discuss this issue as I am being charge my monthly sellers fee yet not able to list my first item for sell on Amazon for this issue.

Several of my listings have the “search suppressed” or “at risk of search suppression”. When I click on "fix listing suppression" on the inventory page and enter the unit count and unit count type that it asks for, I get the message "changes saved, it takes 48 hours for changes to reflect". 

I have done this several times and the suppression never goes away, even after the 48 hours. I have also tried making these changes through "edit listing" with no success. How do I fix these search suppressions?

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHEN USPS ENDS HOLIDAY FEE INCREASE ON SHIPPING? I THOUGHT THIS IS UNTIL JAN 19. I STILL SEE SAME HOLYDAY FEE ON USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE.
