Hello Amazon,
I’m a seller on Amazon and I’m extremely disappointed with how my case regarding AWD Shipment ID: STAR-QBXNK26AR4Y7Y has been handled. I am posting here as a last resort after multiple follow-ups, delayed responses, and inconsistent replies from Amazon support.
Here are the facts:
The shipment was sent via DHL and delivered on October 2024.
DHL has provided a POD (Proof of Delivery) with the receiver’s name and timestamp, clearly showing it was delivered.
In one of the responses from Amazon support, it was mentioned that "1 missing carton was received at the AWD site".
After that, Amazon changed the statement and said "the carton was never received", and denied any responsibility.
I’ve already attached the POD and DHL communication multiple times.
This is the only carton in the shipment, so there is no confusion about quantity.
Now it's April 2025, and still there is no resolution.
I’ve waited more than 6 months, and support keeps saying they’re investigating or closing the case without a proper explanation.
This delay and contradictory behavior from Amazon has caused me major financial and mental stress. DHL has done its part. Amazon initially acknowledged receipt, so how can they now say it was never received?
I request Amazon to:
Reopen this case with seriousness.
Reinvestigate this shipment with the provided POD.
Provide reimbursement if the item is indeed missing from Amazon’s end.
All proof is available and has already been shared through the case system.
