For my product with order number 701-2180529-5484213, my customer wanted to return it on July 14, 2024. I informed my customer that if he sends the product back, a refund will be made. My customer created an A to Z request on August 06, 2024. But since he did not deliver the product, the A to Z request was closed and no refund was made.
On October 10, 2024, my customer filed a "Chargebacks" request through his bank. When we made the necessary defenses, it was closed on October 17, 2024 without payment.
My customer again requested "Chargebacks" on December 11, 2024.
I was not notified of this request by e-mail. I was not given the right to defend myself.
My customer's previous "Chargebacks" request was closed negatively. Why was this one evaluated as positive and closed?
The customer's request was closed as privileged and my customer was refunded.
Where is my product? My product is not back. My customer was able to get his money back after an unjustified effort. Why was the money refunded? I was not informed.
Reconsideration of the unfair transaction
my customer tried for 6 months to get the 4305 cad money refunded without sending the product back and got it by “chargeback” by manipulating amazon.
