Amazon says: "We cannot verify the document that you provided as a proof of identity because:
The number that you entered in Seller Central when you registered your account does NOT MATCH the unique ID number in the identity document. Update the number in Seller Central to match the unique ID number in the identity document."
However, I was unable to enter my valid German driver's license whole number, "Invalid national id number—so that it matches the number listed on my ID document" on the Amazon Seller Identity Re-verification page because it is 2 characters longer than a U.S. driver's license number; therefore, Amazon was unable to verify my same valid submitted document, which had already been accepted several times before !!
Yesterday, I submitted the SAME, MY VALID DRIVER'S LICENCE, as the last approved one !! How could this happen at Amazon's Seller Identity Verification team?
This Amazon re-verification is worrying because my product has arrived in FBA warehouses now, and the sale has been stopped !!
Can anyone help? Or could a mod look into this for me? @Manny_Amazon, @Cooper_Amazon, or @Steve_Amazon Could you please help me figure this out?
I kindly request the acceptance of my Amazon Seller Identity Re-verification for my Amazon Seller Account using the same valid driver's license that I used in the last two approved Amazon Seller Identity Re-verification processes [ID 15967937661 on 10/19/2024 and ID 15281706481 on 05/19/2024 by The Seller Identity Verification team, Amazon Escalations team].
Today, I submitted a CHAT appeal to the Amazon Escalation team with Case ID 17553229801. I would greatly appreciate your intervention and conducting a comprehensive and accelerated investigation with them !!
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
