PC Certification Review Delay
Dear Amazon,
I am an Amazon seller currently facing an urgent issue that I hope to resolve with your help and the support of the Amazon team.
I submitted my application for review on March 22, 2025, as required by Amazon. But now it has been two weeks and I have not received the results of the review. Additionally, due to the delay in the review process, my product listing has been deleted, which has had a significant negative impact on my business. My sales on the Amazon platform have been severely affected, making it impossible for me to continue operating my store normally.
Therefore, I am hoping to seek advice from everyone through this post, or if anyone has had a similar experience, I would appreciate it if you could share your solutions.
At the same time, I sincerely request that the Amazon team provide assistance as soon as possible to restore my listing and inform me if there are any other measures I need to take to expedite the review process.
