Wow, return is 90 days!

The item is Baby Figurine Statue, but return shows 90-days refund/replacement.

I opened a case, Amazon customer service said The products are considered to be baby item, so the return is 90 days. But the item is Statue, not for baby. We try to let them to change it, but they said it can't be changed. Case ID 17517342731

Please help me.

Keep escalating or opening new case till it's resolves. You'll need the catalogue team to update the item category on the backend system.

Yes, Amazon is a dishonest company, that does not care to make things right by their 3PL sellers.

Management is distracted, and negligent at their duties.
