Hello!

I can see a yellow risk of deactivation banner for maore than 6 days ago and I am really worried. When I follow the instructions I see "Tax ID Number (In Progress)" but there is no option for me to do anything in this section. Tax is completed - the sign says. Since there is no changes in my info and I am happy to provide anything necessary, please, help to resolve this issue.

Creating this post as was advised in one of the threads by Amazon support.

Hello,

Our account is at risk of deactivation since Feb. 13, today is the 10th day. Tax Verification of INFORM Consumers Act is "In Progress" while the tax information page states that our tax information is complete and validated successfully.

I opened a case (ID: 17251151201) to inquire the issue, no replies so far.

I checked many other Discussions and it seems like many of the sellers are experiencing the same issue, and replies from the AMZ Rep state: sellers are "experiencing a known issue that is being actively worked on."

How long is it gonna take? If it is a system error, should we be worried about our accounts being actually deactivated?

Typically for situations like this we have 10 days to submit all documents, and usually we are informed by email. However, this time we didn't receive any email notification.

I received a notification stating "Your account is at risk of deactivation" due to pending verification under the INFORM Consumers Act, specifically for Tax Verification.

However, my Tax Information section in Seller Central clearly shows: "Tax information is complete." Despite this, the system still indicates that Tax Verification is in progress, and the warning message has remained on my account for several days.

To resolve this, I submitted the required documents again more than a week ago, but the issue remains. I also contacted Amazon Seller Support (CASE ID: 17242342261), but have yet to receive a resolution.

After checking the Seller Forum, I found that many others are experiencing the same problem.

Has anyone successfully resolved this? Also, if any Amazon representatives are here, could you confirm if this is a known technical issue and provide an update?

Impossible to Register a New Brand, Please Help

I own a trademark and I'm trying to get the new brand registered on Amazon, however I am stuck on this step:

Product information

Enter 1-3 ASINs that represent your brand. The brand name on the application should match the brand name on the ASIN.

My brand is not sold on Amazon yet, and I am unable to create listings for this brand without registering it first.

How do I proceed?

Unable to fix inactive listing

Hi,

I cannot update the listing to add the requested label image. When I click "fix listing," I am directed to a compliance page that shows 0 violations. From there if I click the SKU and try to edit the listing from the SKU central page, it says I need approval to list this ASIN, and then that we are not accepting applications to sell Health & Personal Care category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition and Human Ingestible Products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s). We are an approved brand and would like clarity about what is happening and how we can remedy this listing.

Asked for new documentation

I have been asked for new documentation on items I applied for. So, I go buy from the main brand store and the reply I get is "provide new documentation" then buy from a different supplier and same Thing. Then i cannot reapply, just asks to reply to message. reply to message then hear nothing for weeks?

Facing problem in product listing. showing GTIN not valid...

Dear Forums,

Recently i faces problem with product in amazon seller central product listing it says;

"We understand that you are facing issues creating a listing in your selling account. However , the GTIN (UPC/EAN/ISBN/JAN) ......................... you have provided is not valid for this product. To list this product, provide the correct GTI"

Meanwhile i got my upc code from gs1 on February 13 of 2025. I need help to solve this problem. Case ID: 17241765911

After 6 years of selling on AMZ , i am almost give UP! FBA have lost 5 of my shipments , thousands of items that cost me 5k$ to produce. I dont know how to send any inventory to FBA if thel steal everything!!!

when i start reimbursment request they accepted only 2 shipments lost from 5

As i proof i have provided:

1 original factory invoice with blue stamp

2 fedex delivery proof with amz employe signature (no weight discrepancy)

3 pictures of box with items inside and shipping label attached

4 screen from celler central shoving that my shipments are at DELIVERED status

WHAT should i do next? there is no faith in justice any more
