INFORM Consumers Act - Tax Verification Stuck in Progress

Hello!

I can see a yellow risk of deactivation banner for maore than 6 days ago and I am really worried. When I follow the instructions I see "Tax ID Number (In Progress)" but there is no option for me to do anything in this section. Tax is completed - the sign says. Since there is no changes in my info and I am happy to provide anything necessary, please, help to resolve this issue.

Do you have the correct Tax ID number on file with Amazon?

- For USA Citizens with a Sole Proprietor and Sole Member LLC, use your SS Number.

- For multi-member LLC's and sellers in Foreign Countries sellers, use your EIN number.

My case was closed without any help and I still can see the same yellow banner with a risk of deactivation. The support says there is no action needed from my side, but I am really worried I may lose my shop.

I really hope you can help me not to lose my mind while the appropriate team is working with this issue. I can't lose my small handmade business.

This team has confirmed that the account is now compliant and all banners should now be removed from your account.
