Yes, my situation is somewhat different from other Amazon sellers.
If you ask why, I have online links to invoices issued by authorized sellers. When you visit the official website of the brand, these authorized sellers can be verified if requested by Amazon. However, even though I included screenshots, my appeal was automatically rejected without any serious review.In addition, I attempted to forward emails from the accounting departments of these authorized sellers to the team reviewing my appeal.These emails included proof that the invoices were issued to me and contained product details, along with the e-signature of the authorized seller for reliability. I believed this would eliminate any doubts, but regardless of the evidence I submitted, the Amazon team, which automatically rejects files, didn’t even contact the supplier to confirm my appeal.I also uploaded proof from the government’s official invoice verification website (.gov) for each invoice, showing that the invoices were issued to me. Despite presenting all this evidence in a single appeal, they still did not reactivate my account.After they rejected my documents, I reached out to account health specialists by phone. They noticed the injustice and initiated a second review process.
I waited 40 days for the completion of this second review, only for them to reject it again without even trying to contact the suppliers.They do not explain the reason for rejecting the documents, but I am confident they will be held accountable in court. I have sent Amazon the first legal notice for causing me financial and emotional harm. Despite submitting valid documents, Amazon rejected my appeal without providing a reason and will have to answer for this in court.I have spoken with nearly 20 different account health specialists, all of whom are aware of the injustice I am facing. Even though they communicated everything necessary to the team responsible for reviewing these cases, the decision-making team does not approach the matter with sufficient seriousness.For example, in a process where a 60-day timeframe is given, I waited 40 days for the review to be completed, which shows how well this team works. I even requested a video call with them in case they were stuck on a particular issue, but no response was given.
I am disappointed, Amazon didn't leave me with no other option than to seek justice through legal means to claim my rights.
