Hi,

Last year I had a customer leave a negative product review on one of my products. I appealed to have it removed and it was removed from the product page. The customer then left the same exact words on my seller profile, and that 1 star negative feedback has remained and was not removed despite many requests from me to remove it. It is obviously, and by definition, a product review, and should be taken down. It is my only negative feedback and hurts my seller account and my business.

I do not understand why it was not removed. Please help me. Thank you.

How does Amazon get away with this?

I have been selling on here since 2018 and I have always had MAJOR issues with these clowns. Lately I have been checking this out and it appears I am not the only one that is feed up with all the BS. So, amazon do you not care? Do you even know? Where is your Account health tab we can look at? They are so hypocritical that at this point all I do is "chat" with them, take screenshots and argue with them about how this is what amazon told me to do. At this pace Amazon will get de-throwned in 10 years. If no one is happy all we need is a new option. OR there is some sort of class-action thing that happens. Twilight Zone for sure!

So again, how does amazon get away with this?

Yes, my situation is somewhat different from other Amazon sellers.

If you ask why, I have online links to invoices issued by authorized sellers. When you visit the official website of the brand, these authorized sellers can be verified if requested by Amazon. However, even though I included screenshots, my appeal was automatically rejected without any serious review.In addition, I attempted to forward emails from the accounting departments of these authorized sellers to the team reviewing my appeal.These emails included proof that the invoices were issued to me and contained product details, along with the e-signature of the authorized seller for reliability. I believed this would eliminate any doubts, but regardless of the evidence I submitted, the Amazon team, which automatically rejects files, didn’t even contact the supplier to confirm my appeal.I also uploaded proof from the government’s official invoice verification website (.gov) for each invoice, showing that the invoices were issued to me. Despite presenting all this evidence in a single appeal, they still did not reactivate my account.After they rejected my documents, I reached out to account health specialists by phone. They noticed the injustice and initiated a second review process.

I waited 40 days for the completion of this second review, only for them to reject it again without even trying to contact the suppliers.They do not explain the reason for rejecting the documents, but I am confident they will be held accountable in court. I have sent Amazon the first legal notice for causing me financial and emotional harm. Despite submitting valid documents, Amazon rejected my appeal without providing a reason and will have to answer for this in court.I have spoken with nearly 20 different account health specialists, all of whom are aware of the injustice I am facing. Even though they communicated everything necessary to the team responsible for reviewing these cases, the decision-making team does not approach the matter with sufficient seriousness.For example, in a process where a 60-day timeframe is given, I waited 40 days for the review to be completed, which shows how well this team works. I even requested a video call with them in case they were stuck on a particular issue, but no response was given.

I am disappointed, Amazon didn't leave me with no other option than to seek justice through legal means to claim my rights.

The reason I am writing here is to make my voice heard through you, as Amazon officials claim they cannot verify the authorized sellers and have not reactivated my account. However, when you visit the brand's official website, you can clearly see these suppliers listed.If they had agreed to conduct a video call with me, I would have had the opportunity to access the suppliers' ordering systems and clearly demonstrate the products I purchased and the authorization granted to sell them. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, they chose to cover it up, leaving the matter unresolved.Therefore, I wanted to share my grievance with you one last time.

Amazon listened! No more invoices for used books.

When Amazon started requiring invoices for used books, I set aside the restricted ones, hoping that the situation would change. In the past I have had books that were formerly restricted be approved a few months later. Today I went through all the ones I had set aside to sell on eBay, and I got approved for all but one (Not Available). No invoices were required.

Thank you Amazon for listening to your sellers this time!

Customer left a 1-star review on a previously 5-star product because they did not get their refund after returning the item.

This was shipped and handled FBA. We had no idea this was even happening. This review is not relevant to the product, and it is not our fault.

We have tried creating a case and reporting the review but nothing has happened. Nobody has even looked at this.

This is extremely unfair and we are asking that this product review urgently be removed.

my brand application failed because amazon says:

"We are unable to approve your Brand Registry application because there is no representative or correspondent contact information listed on the trademark record. We recommend contacting the trademark representative or correspondent listed on the trademark record to ensure contact information is up to date and publicly available."

My TM is registered by myself in UK IPO and i have provided all the information such as my email as contact info. but i didnot receive any email from brand registry for requesting any code. Also UK IPO dont publicly show this information. what to do in this regard?

We shipped an item through amazon buy shipping that measures 37x37x1 and weighs 13lbs. The shipping was $27.75. We then get an "adjustment" fee from amazon - $959.54. We even sent pictures of the item measured and weighed. We have around $30k in "adjustment" fees over a 3-4 month period - and ALL of them were shipped with FedEX. Same product, and FedEX measurements all over the place (there's no consistency). Upon investigation this is what we found, and Amazon is not taking any responsibility for it. This is only one example:
