A-Z team is Official partner for FRAUD

Our customer wanted to price adjustment after delivery for 30USD because our selling price is lower than her payment to us. Of course, we accepted it. Right after her request, she created Return request for reason ''Bought by mistake''. We asked If she wanted to return or price adjustment as we agreed but she told that she wanted to return it.

As per Amazon policies, we provided return address in US, she should be responsible for return shipping fee. Seller support confirmed that and she talked with Customer service on the phone but didn't get any results for her benefits. Then she asked for 60 USD price adjustment because there is an other seller who sells 60USD lower than her payment to us. We told her that it's not our price, so we can refund 30USD.

Today, she created A-Z for reason ''The buyer told me that, they would refund 175USD but never did'' COMPLETELY A LIE !

We provided our messages as attachment and shared our statement to A-Z team. Guess what??

Team decided to count against our ODR and made full refund on our behalf !

Where is the justice here? Thanks to constant nonsense decisions of A-Z teams, sellers suffers huge losses and had to deal with bad ODR.

P.S; Since our listings are FBM, we can't file SAFE-T.

I understand amazon always holds 50% of the balance as a deferred payment but last two pay time holding more then 70% of the balance! is this happened to anyone?

Pet Supplements Restriction?

Hello,

We got a brand registry completed in Amazon but didn't allowed to sell on Pet supplement category. This is what got from seller support,

"To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, we restrict certain products from being listed or sold on Amazon."

We have provided all the documents asked also as i said we have a brand which is already approved but our ASINs are inactive. When i try to request approval, it's not working.

Can somebody who face same issue help please? Or dear amazon supervisors, can you please clarify the issue? I understand that Amazon doesn't want us to sell these products but why? Is it regarding our seller account? or product ingredients? or documents we provided? Please help. We invest too much to sell our products to sell on Amazon. We deserve better explanation. Also when i check the catalog on amazon.com, i see that some of new offers like posted 1 week ago. This is really interesting.

Thinking about sending my First Hazmat FBA shipment

I am a little nervous about sending a shipment because last time I sent regular items, and Amazon damaged it in the warehouse. Are they more careful with Hazmat items ?

Hi, my account was registered and I was receiving sales until 1 month ago but now my account status says inactive. I contacted support and they asked me to upload verification documents again. The documents were reviewed and i got a email that your account is now eligible to sell. but when i come to seller central, it shows inactive in United States market.

My inventory is in stranded and supports is again and again saying we cannot help with the issue. what the heck?

I am a seller and I am faced with a very difficult case:

In June 2024, we had a Food Safety case (15456140721) for our product Charlie Buddy - Oil for Dogs and Cats (ASIN: B081VJYXXQ). A support specialist advised us to RELIST the ASIN, which worked temporarily, but the issue was never fully resolved because the product started getting banned daily. This is despite being fully eligible and certified (COA provided) and produced by an FDA-registered food facility.

Now, every reinstatement attempt in cases receives the SAME COPY-PASTE RESPONSE from Amazon about an Idaho restriction:

"We received your submission and after careful review we have determined that your ASINs do not meet the criteria for reinstatement.

Why did this happen?

Your listings do not meet our standards. Refer to the following details:

ASIN: B081VJYXXQ

Title: Charlie Buddy - Oil for Dogs and Cats

This product has been identified as a hemp animal feed or remedies product that is prohibited from sale into Idaho by the Idaho Department of Agriculture (ISDA). Although permissible for sale in Amazon’s store, hemp animal feed or remedies cannot be sold into the State of Idaho."

This explanation doesn’t make sense. The Idaho restriction only applies to sales in that state, yet the ASIN is COMPLETELY BLOCKED across the entire marketplace. Our Account Health shows only a Food Safety issue, and there is NO clarity about what’s actually causing the block and how to resolve it fully.

!To make matters worse, Amazon FBA has given us a deadline, and our multi-thousand-unit SKU will be destroyed shortly by Amazon!

We suspect there’s an unresolved internal trigger on our ASIN, but we can’t address it without clear guidance. The repeated Idaho responses are NOT helping, and we’re stuck in a loop.

WE NEED URGENT HELP AND CLEAR ACTIONS TO RESOLVE THIS FINALLY AND FULLY.

If anyone can help escalate this or provide a solution, we are ready to cooperate. Please contact us.

To comply with the INFORM consumers law, Amazon needs to collect and verify information about my Sell on Amazon account.

I submitted my tax identification number, which with a French company is the Siret number, but it still appears to be “in progress”. How long does the verification procedure take?

I have not used my Amazon seller account in quite some time. I am trying to reactivate and as I follow the prompts there don't seem to be any violations for me to address. I am unable to get past this screen. Any suggestions?

Verification was triggered on January 29, and it was directly deactivated and did not submit the intersection, and on January 30, the new notice was received within 10 days to be completed, and the consumer notification bill will be deactivated, I cannot submit information for review at this time.
