So recently we've been targeted by an aggressive overseas company coping our USA made products, and selling them below cost. We poked the bear because they had violated our trademark two years ago and we reported them, they emailed us with "we will attack back when we can"

My perplexation is HOW DOES HE HAVE THREE STORES?

Each store connects to the same Brand Registry store, but every seller account is named (Two Random letters / US)

All of them have the same address just formatted a bit differently. The address is a building that rents addresses/ door numbers. They had a fourth store selling snowmen and other popup decor, but looks like they dumped all the listings and that store but left them connected to the brand registered store. I've even emailed every person on the registered stores and they all respond with the SAME EMAIL.

How is it possible for them to have THREE stores, one address, they use the SAME logo for all three stores, and all connect to the SAME Brand Registry Store? It blows my mind...

Should we use Amazon's Seller Central tool to request customer reviews, or is this against Amazon's policies? Is it okay to ask customers for reviews only once?

Hi. Please, help me. I did the process for Brand Registry but the result was Ineligible.

This is an established USA brand with a history of over 15 years.

When I try to enroll this brand again, I see the phrase: that the application for 111111 is currently under review.

This status has been showing since October 16th. Case ID 16486561401.

When I applied, I selected multiple countries.

Can it be limited to the USA only?

I want to enroll my brand in Amazon.

Can someone from Amazon help me?

Refund At First Scan for $100 order

I recently have had two orders refund at first scan for orders that were $100 or over. Previous months those amount totals were never refund at first scan. Why all the sudden is amazon allowing this? $100 was the base, after tax order was $107, on both orders. I thought 100$ was the threshold that was not to be refund at first scan?

are other seller having the same issue? this shipment showed delivered oct 4th and yesterday closed without receiving anything

I open a case with seller support and they reply with their template requesting invoices etc

are you joking me? they took my inventory from my supplier in china and was all accounted for, they have my invoices and packing list because thats required for importing, i paid customs and freight charges already and now they want proof of purchase?

something is gotto to change here for me to trust amazon with this whole importing process

Shipment was delivered on 21st October and since then no moment. support says investigation will start on 12 december. not sure what is happening.

FBA Shipment Receiving Delays at TMB8

Anyone else out there experiencing lengthy receiving delays with FBA shipments sent to the TMB8 fulfillment center? I sent in a shipment (FBA Shipment ID FBA18JMDK9HG) to TMB8 on October 24 and the shipment was delivered on October 29. Unfortunately, the shipment has yet to be received by TMB8 . The initial date of eligibility for investigation is December 20, but I'm sure Amazon will kick it back to as the December 20 deadline approaches.

I have been utilizing FBA since ‘16 and this is the second time a delay like this has occured. I went through a similar issue last summer shipping to the GYR2 fulfillment center. It ended up taking over two months (and a post in Seller Forums) for my shipment to be received. Many units in my shipment were melted from sitting in a blazing hot trailer in the Sonoran Desert for two months. Amazon still dispatched the melted inventory to customers and subsequently, my product ended up receiving a few negative product ratings that I was unable to have removed from the listing.

I understand that it's the Holidays. However, from the looks of it, TMB8 appears to be a mismanaged fulfillment center with a history of extended receiving times. For comparison, I rolled the dice and sent in a similar shipment to RYY2 on November 6 and it was checked in and received in full on November 19.

I have opened a case for this issue (Case ID 16645263411). Unfortunately, opening a case with seller support is an exercise in futility as seller support is only capable of sending boiler plate responses that essentially tell you to sit tight and be patient until the ever-changing investigation eligibility date is reached. Brand stealing

I am the original designer of our product, a 90s toy box, and have been the sole sellers of our ASIN since its release, several years ago. Like 4 years ago. Recently, the brand has been incorrectly updated by another seller to JEWUNO. Nowhere on the product packaging does the brand name JEWUNO exist and our product has no affiliation with JEWUNO. These guys are SCAM ARTISTS!

We have a shipment ready to be delivered but can't replenish our inventory due to the malicious behavior of the fraudulent seller. This is so stupid. Fix this please.

Can we start a class action lawsuit against amazon for allowing this to happen?
