Are you saying your inbound arrived in an Amazon warehouse 4 days ago???? Because if that is the case you are going to need patience it can take up to 30 days for the warehouse to receive. I have 2 that were received into the warehouse 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for them to open the box, most likely it is sitting in a trailer out on the lot somewhere. Some warehouse are worse than others but they get 30 days to receive.
