i have three variation families of the variation "ink color" . they are basically different types of inks. each ink has different colour options to choose from. now amazon is choosing pictures of a random ink colour (one child) and using those same pictures of that one child for the entire family (all the other ink colours) . this is very stupid and none of the agents are able to help me. this is urgent

I am listing a product that needs additional information and documents. I have submitted the documentation and received this status from Amazon - Test reports from an ISO accredited laboratory that shows that the product complies with the regulations, standards, and requirements listed in the help page.

I have the product ready to be shipped and can't move forward.

What exactly am I waiting for and how could I get approval faster?

I’m facing a ridiculous issue with the INFORM Consumers Act verification. I registered and verified my account as an Individual, but now I’m being asked to reverify, and there’s no option to select "Individual." It only shows "privately-owned" or "public business."

In their latest email, they said they can’t help further with this issue. If they can’t help, why did they even allow the option to register as an Individual in the first place? Now my account is deactivated, all my work has gone to waste, and my money is on hold.

Changing packaging dimensions on listing

Hi Amazon team,

I tried changing packaging dimensions on my listing but received this notification:

"You are not qualified to change the Package Dimensions. Please provide the suggested new product information, which will be communicated to the brand owner."

I am the brand owner through Brand Registry. I checked with Customer Service and was told to delete the listing and relist. I have explained to the representative that I have items being shipped to FBA warehouse and they said it was okay. I asked if my FNSKU is going to be changed, because I have printed them all on my packaging, to which I was told it would not.

Can I confirm what the problem is and if what was told to me true - that I should just delete the listing, relist and I would have no changes to my FNSKU and no issues with my incoming shipment.

Signed books generating "potential pricing error"

New seller here in used and rare books.

I uploaded some books a few days ago using Biblio.com's routing system.

A number of signed-by-author books generated a "listings deactivated due to potential pricing error" email from Amazon.

I have a Boolean field in my spreadsheet for "signed/not signed," and I queried Biblio to verify that this field was being uploaded to Amazon; they assured me it was.

Not unnaturably my signed books are priced higher than unsigned copies.

How do I get these books taken off the deactivated list?

My product was removed from the listing due to compliance reasons, and it has been under review for almost 2 months with no response yet. Although the review period is typically stated as 15 days, this timeline has already passed, and no information has been provided about which document is causing the issue. I have all the required documents ready.

During this time, my products have arrived at the warehouse, but I cannot sell them. Despite not being able to make any sales, I am being charged $91 for storage and subscription fees. The responsibility for the review process lies with you, yet I am being kept waiting, and this is causing additional costs for me. I would like to know what else I can do to get more information and expedite the process.

How can I download a file of my products with all the current details (title, description, sizes, etc etc)? I've made small changes since I uploaded the original feed file and really want to get an updated file of my products but don't see anywhere to do that.
