Read onlyHelp please my account got deactivated due to a product that i have in my inventory. I have provided a lawyer letter like they asked. I want to taken that product down, and leave my other products because they meet the correct policy. What do i do now. I need help to resolve this issue.
Post your original notice (redact personal info). Without more details, no one can help much.
It might also speed things up if you answer these questions:
What were you selling?
Where did you source it?
If branded, do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?
There is so much more to it than this. An account does not get deactivated due to one product in your inventory.
I see your listings and see that your account has been deactivated.
You are selling in a space I know to be littered with patents and trademark protections.
You have let this get too far.
I have seen how other sellers in this space enforce their patents. It usually leads to unhappy sellers claiming they are allowed to sell whatever it is they are selling.
You must troubleshoot this yourself. Amazon will send you many notices claiming that you can reactivate your account if you send documentation.
You cannot.
You must work with whoever sent you the violation and get them to retract it.

I will try and provide some general guidance. For greater detail concerning your specific situation, please provide an ASIN, Case ID or Performance Notification. With that information and the help from an internal team, I am able to research in greater detail.
I will need a bit more information to be able to guide you correctly. Only a few things can deactivate your account without a warning of some type. Please review your Performance Notification from the day of deactivation. You should have some information to guide you.
