There are multiple threads about issues with FBA intake procedure and Sellers getting the blame for mistakes/lost items etc being made by the FBA warehouses.
We hope to draft an email we can send to the Executive Team that will address these issues.
We need FBA Sellers who have experienced these issues to sign onto this petition so the Executive Team can see it is not just isolated incidents but a systemic issue.

In the last few months a change was made whereby the Seller was blamed for issues caused by the FBA warehouses - without recourse.
There is an auto-reconcile feature that seems to be in place which is causing widespread issues by not allowing a shipment to be researched for items lost by the warehouses - or not being counted correctly in receiving.
Complete and correct shipments are being counted in as short and then designated with a “Problem” designation requiring Sellers to Acknowledge that we caused the problem and thus taking a hit to our Inbound Metrics as well as losing the value of the items lost.
