As we gear up for the holiday shopping season, let's take a moment to talk turkey—or maybe not turkey at all! I'm curious about your thoughts on Thanksgiving cuisine, and I want to stir the gravy boat a little.

Here's my burning question: What do you think is the most overrated Thanksgiving food item?

Is it the classic green bean casserole that always seems to have more mushroom soup than actual vegetables? Perhaps it's the cranberry sauce that comes out of the can with those distinctive ridges intact. Or maybe—dare I say it—you think the revered turkey itself doesn't live up to the hype?

For me, I'd have to go with stuffing. I've had just about every iteration of it I can find, and it all just tastes like soggy bread to me - I don't get it!

We met all the eligibility criteria for Premium A+ content 2 months ago, but we still haven't been granted access.

  • Our brand is registered with Amazon Brand Registry.
  • All ASINs within our A+ Content Manager have a published Brand Story.
  • We have more than 5 A+ Content project submissions in “Approved” status within the past 12 months.

We've been waiting for about 2 months, but there's still no sign of the Premium A+ Content banner within the A+ Content Manager.

We've opened tickets with Seller Support, but they just reiterate the eligibility requirements, which we've already met.

Can someone please help to get us enabled for Premium A+ Content?

Classified as a medical device

Hello,

We are having trouble with our far infrared product being classified as a medical device. We have appealed multiple times and provided Amazon’s required exemption evidence, but they still require us to provide a 510(k) number

The deactivation reason is: 1. The product is identified as a high-frequency laser, LED, or other light therapy device for the treatment of acne, which is considered a medical device for professional use only.

2. They believe that the exemption evidence we provided does not include our product

I tried to ask customer service to help me look up the link trigger words, but nothing worked, and they said they didn’t know either. Now I have deleted the medical words I think may be in the description, but it still doesn’t work. Here is the information I have provided:

1. The FDA registration number of the device, showing that the product is classified as a 510k exempt device.

2. Provide pictures of the box and product manual

3. Confirmation letter from the manufacturer that the device is registered with the FDA as a Class I, 510k exempt device

Despite providing all this information, I received a response from Amazon, again requiring 510k clearance. I don't know how to further clarify that this is an exempt device, it is officially registered and does not require 510k clearance.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the swift action taken in resolving the restrictions on our ASINs. Your efforts to ensure the correct classification and visibility of our products are greatly appreciated.

The prospect of our products being maliciously labeled as adult-oriented, despite their clear non-adult nature, is alarming and unacceptable.

We cannot afford to remain passive in the face of such threats; we must be empowered to take proactive measures to secure our business interests.

I urge Amazon to provide a detailed response outlining the steps being taken to address these concerns and to implement strategies that will prevent the recurrence of such incidents. As a community of sellers committed to upholding high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction, we look to Amazon for leadership in ensuring a fair and competitive marketplace.

I believe that by bringing this issue to the forefront of the Amazon community, we can collectively demand and work towards a solution that strengthens seller protection and prevents the misuse of the platform.

Change listing category

Hello,

I tried to change the category of an existing listing (ASIN: B0DN1JNWXF). I did this through "Edit Listing", in the "Product Details" section, under "Item Type Keyword", where I selected a new category.

However, after saving, no changes took effect. I am not enrolled in Brand Registry, but I can edit all fields of the listing.

Could you clarify what might be causing this issue? Or is there a different process for changing a product category?

Amazon UK - Unable to change my address.

This is not a duplicated discussion of Glitch in the video verification system | 4 weeks without update, it's a different topic about address change in Amazon UK, please do not delete claiming it's a duplicate topic, thanks.

I registered my account with the wrong address. While all other marketplaces were able to update my address, Amazon UK insists that I must activate my account to make any changes. However, I cannot activate the account because the company information I initially provided is incorrect.

All my cases are now automatically closed, I'm unable to get in touch with anybody with the ability to simply change my address to reflect my business document.

P.S: I haven't sold a single product on the platform, I got suspended from day 1, without the option to change my address in Amazon UK, all other marketplace have collaborated with me.
