The appeal letter is so difficult to pass. I have appealed more than ten times and have been rejected. How should I appeal
Is there still hope?
The product I sell is an iPhone accessory, which was suspended due to multiple system scans for brand infringement and the lack of compatible vocabulary. Throughout the process, Amazon gave us many opportunities to rectify, but we missed them, resulting in the suspension. Our own problems are significant. Although we did not intentionally infringe. But it did indeed infringe.
Firstly, since opening the store in 2021, the titles have always described it this way (some parts of the titles do not have compatible words). Previously, it was not scanned as a violation, but gradually began to be scanned as a violation from September 2024. However, we did not take it seriously, thinking it was a small matter. We did not benefit from it and did not take this issue seriously. After ASIN was modified, performance quickly recovered, so we did not take it seriously. Scanned one, changed one, not all rectified, so violated many times. We have a big problem ourselves.
Later, we found out that the problem was serious, but we didn't know that we had violated this policy multiple times within 180 days, so we were scanned multiple times and our account was suspended. We do have a fault, and we admit it.
We have made improvements and developed a series of measures to ensure that we do not make the same mistakes again. The problem now is that every time we submit an appeal, the responses are lacking sufficient information and are template responses, as if each time it is reviewed by a different team, ending with different teams, sometimes brand interaction team, sometimes supplier team, sometimes sales team, sometimes account status team, sometimes English, sometimes Chinese, all using the same template.
I have submitted the appeal letter more than 10 times, and I don't know how to continue modifying it. I don't know what points the review team wants. We have done everything online about the points that need to be included in the appeal letter, but it still doesn't work.
I heard it's difficult to appeal back, isn't it? Although it is still possible to submit a response message for appeal, I heard it is difficult to pass. Is that correct? Even if there are no issues with the content of the appeal letter and it meets the review criteria, it seems that it will not be given. Because I have made too many mistakes. It seems like this.
take warning
The inventory worth tens of thousands of dollars is going to be removed, and the various removal costs seem to be almost the same, destined to be lost. If you make a mistake, you will have to bear the consequences.
